F12 probably one of the best multipurpose racers in the fleet. You do not want to get into a straight head on collision with say a Lamborghini Enforcer but the agility of the vehicle will allow you some ability to take them down if you play it right. Maxing it out very important and one should not be shy about attacking rather than running.

This could totally be like one of those NFSMW 05 moments where you just camp out somewhere (the bus station is a good choice) and watch the cops make complete fools of themselves.
I tried doing that on my game (Need for Speed Rivals) and it works so well, I get so much money by doing that!

Yeah, the only strategy as a cop that even came close to countering racer ESF+Shockwave was to also get ESF and Spike strips, with a fast car. When they then camp at a gas station, Spam Spike Strips everywhere. You'll keep getting refills, and spikes last quite awhile. The whole area will be flooded with em if you just keep throwing spike strips ASAP. If they then try to run, the situation is back in your favor.

the one spot where there is a repair shop and then a hideout in view you can just keep going around and once you get like 300,000 you just go into the hide out. on the map there is a bend very close to the hideout

There is this inecepter where you get 1,000,000 sp and it's called great escape and you do it over and over again and the prisute tech you need is esf and shockwave

Another good way to get a ton of money is going to the old airport when you are doing the mission when you steal Agera R from police and just lay a ton spike strips all over, the cops are just hitting them all the time

Sometimes the ESF also jams the EMP. I have like,I just don't know if it is a glitch or whatsoever, but just try it once. Almost every time it happens with me. Please reply if you like the suggestion.
Siddhartha Kusare The ESF always jams it. I think they post a hint in the loading screen and it comes up, and ESF also blocks Stun Mines :)

I have been in many of the level 10 pursuits
I knew about this a long time ago I call it fix knock out
What I do is I equip ESF4 and EMP4 in that order, and find a racer. Then I lock onto him with EMP4 until I'm close enough to him. Then I hit him with ESF4 and he's usually dead within that time. I love being the cop with my Koenigsegg One:1.
