Eric is a nonprofit executive, artist, and very proud resident of New Orleans, Louisiana. Oh, and Eric happens to also be legally blind due to a rare eye disease. All of these things and sooooo much more make this one of our most eye opening (no pun intended, but kind of, and Eric is laughing, too!) and seriously fun episodes of the show!
