We enjoyed your video today. My Aunty remembered when a boy in her class put a white mouse in the teachers desk! The teacher didn’t shriek just picked it up put it in the chalk box and kept it! The boy was upset because it was his pet mouse but he was too scared to ask for it back. My Aunty thought you would like this funny story. So happy to hear someone got the car. I’m originally from Evansville, Indiana. Moved to NC after 52 years, five years ago to be with family. Hoosier cabinets are hard to find now. That one was in excellent condition. Loved your video today Kelly. Have a great weekend. ❤❤

That pine dining set that wasn't priced would be a fantastic find for someone who decorates in the Primitive style. That Chifforobe just goes to show you that people didn't have or need the amount of clothes we have today. There wasn't a lot of space for hanging there. lol

I loved the wrought iron outside table and chairs, I wouldn’t paint it, either!
Loved the lamp that was $18.00! I would scoop that up if I could!

Oh yes, I remember Golden books when I was a little girl, saved some of mine to read to my children.
And yes, also remember nursery rhymes, I was a nursery helper/ teacher, and we would read them to the children. Loved the chiferoad, can’t believe just how much they were asking for it on Etsy! You’re right go to your restore!!
I’m afraid I don’t remember seeing that type of kitchen cupboard that stores flour, but I do remember seeing it in m photos in my great grandmother’s kitchen.

The lithograph and vintage pictures would’ve been a must buy for me. So glad you bought the book. We need to grab our sweet memories. The Hoosier Cabinet was the steal buy of the day. As always the auction items were great, especially the purse, ring , and pottery. Thank you Kelly.

Hello Kelly gal! I love the Duncan Phyfe sofa, the pottery in the auction, the Chifforobe, and the Hoosier cabinet. My great grandmother had one very similar. And of course, all The Little Golden Books! 📚 . I'm so happy you bought the one like you had as a child. I love even more that you were so excited, you instantly called your sweet mother to tell her you purchased it! I'm sure she cherishes the memories of reading to you from those books, as much as you do of her reading them to you. Oh my goodness, girl, what in the name of Zeus's rear end was a teacher doing having a snake🐍 in the classroom, and then putting it in a students desk???!!!😱 That would certainly never fly today! Can you imagine?!😮 Yikes! 😬 We had a small family get together for our son's 28th birthday today. I learned to sew on the paddle Singer sewing machine. You had me at Limoges. I’d go there tomorrow if I thought my granddaughter would like it. I know my daughter wants to buy her a set of China. Oh that Duncan Phyfe!

OMG, a 🐍, I’d have quit school that day, yikes😮. So many fun things, I use the sad irons as bookends, very sturdy and go great with primitive decor and love the hoosier. My mom and grandma had them too❤

I always love so much in your videos Kelly, but I think one of my favorites today was the glass/metal outdoor table with the chairs. It was so pretty. And the Hoosier cabinet was amazing. I'm glad you found your old Disney book and bought it. I do remember the Little Golden Books but was not familiar with that one. How adorable.
