Love that you didn’t shy away from posting your truth and didn’t “hide” it. It takes courage to be true to who we are and not allow our society to make us insecure about doing what we feel we need to do for ourselves. I began following you years ago when you first started out and I feel you haven’t changed at all. You’ve grown and only gotten better, but your roots are still the same. Keep doing you!!
Katelyn thank you! This is so kind of you to follow me for many many years and acknowledge that I’ve stayed true to me with the goal of being transparent and sharing what I’ve found to be effective. Thank you again for this kindness 😘
I am absolutely delighted to witness your incredible journey, Kim. It seems like only yesterday that you were undergoing surgery, though I am sure it feels MUCH longer to you. I am relieved that the pain is now a thing of the past and you are mobile. Still take it easy on yourself as it has only been one month. Dr. Greene did an exemplary job, and you were an ideal patient. You look absolutely stunning!💖
I’m amazed at how quickly you healed! The regimen you went through, the car ore diet and the cold plunges before the surgery paid off! Congratulations!
Oh, gosh! Your scars already looked so good at only 5 days out! You are going to be so happy by the end of the year with how they look. I'm so impressed with your family, too. They're wonderful! Your kids are so helpful and Jason is the best. That made it so much better, having your own personal cheering squad and support team. So happy for you!
Thank you so much for these videos! I am 2 days out from a breast reduction, liposuction and tummy tuck. The lift chair has been a life saver. Thank you for that suggestion. It was the best thing I have purchased for this. After 4 son’s of my own I felt like this was long coming.
You look amazing by the way and I am so motivated by all your energy post op. Also, your comment to your husband about wishing you were gay at the moment. My husband is fumbling and bumbling thru all this.
I'm 5 days post op 🎉 thanks for doing this series. I bought the lifting chair and shower bench from your prep video and they helped me a lot. My back is killing me. I actually need a walker to get around. My back is just so done holding me up...
Oh girl! Congratulations 🎈🎉 how exciting you’ve made it thru the scariest part IMO. My back was killing me I kept putting ice packs on my back between my compression wrap and body
Just had my mommy makeover yesterday. Your video’s have helped me be better prepared for my surgery. Thanks for all the info. My post trip will be Eluthera. Hope Bora Bora was great!
Oh my goodness thank you and congratulations! How are you feeling? Bora Bora was amazing and I shared it here in two videos. We had the best time. You will have a great post trip in your new body too!
Thank you so much for all your work I'm so empowered now to do something for me... A not to all the haters this I do for me not them " you ! " ....so they can just shut....
I just had my TT last Wednesday. I'm experiencing the burning nerve pain in my groin as you talk about in this video. The nurse explained it would go away. Did yours ? How long after if it did? It is such a bummer.
First congratulations on your TT! The nerve pain was only on one side and apparently this is normal. It was painful for weeks. It would subside and then it would ache. I would massage it all the time trying to move the inflammation plus it just helped relieve the pain. Eventually it did go away. Probably around 8 weeks I stopped noticing it and the surge of pain became less frequent. It’s funny bc the other day it dawned on me that I had not felt this pain in a very long time. It will get better but I know initially it feels incredibly overwhelming 😘
Thank you so much for these videos!!!! BEST ONES yet! I have a question. I also have an orthopedic bed (head and feet). I noticed you slept in it day 2. Was it hard getting into the bed? Did you need a stool? Thank you!!
Thank you I’m glad you found it useful. I also used a lifting chair. From the bed I would put it all the way up and kind of roll to the side. I didn’t need a stool but my bed is low to the ground
Thank you! I may need to lower my bed. On a scale of 1-10 (worst pain), what would you say is the worst pain your felt on tummy tuck? Getting TT and lipo Dec 2nd. Your account was so helpful! Wish there were others like you sharing experiences
I’m binging on all your videos 😂❤️ thank you so much for your transparency and sharing your journey. I’m hoping to get a mommy makeover in May. Would you recommend your surgeon? I was leaning toward Dr. David Kaufman because he does drainless.
I decided on Dr Clark’s over Kaufman because I liked his belly buttons better and I thought he was more conservative. Many of my friends have gone to Kaufman and are very happy so I wouldn’t say he isn’t a good option. I only had one drain and it was gone in 2 days. I was able to probably go without one since I didn’t swell. I think if you are smaller and a good candidate then you could one have the one I had and get it out fast. The drain is really effective at preventing bruising and inflammation since it gets the blood out efficiently and doesn’t let it sit. I imagine that Dr Kaufman must only offer drain less to certain patients that are good candidates, since larger people who need a lot more cut off or need a lot of lipo will need drains otherwise they could get clots and heaps of bruising. You are already going to bruise the drain simply expedites healing. I truly believe the drain thing is on a case by case basis. I wouldn’t let the drain issue be the determining factor but rather the end results and if you feel the surgeon truly gets what you want and is confident he can deliver. I had great results with Dr green so of course I recommend him but I think it’s important you get multiple quotes and meet with multiple drs. Are you already on the books for May with Kauffman? If not you probably won’t have your surgery in May. I contacted Dr green in the summer of 2022 and the first date I could get was 2/14/23. All plastic surgeons are easily 6-12 months out for surgeries. The Dr my sister is going to in Utah has a five year waitlist. My sister gave her deposit when she was pregnant with her fourth. Her baby is now almost a year and she will have her surgery at the end of 2024. It’s insane!!! Whatever you decide I hope you are prepared with as much info as possible because these are big decisions 😘😘😘😘
I’m actually going to call Dr. Green to get a consultation. To be honest, Dr. Kaufman was the only consultation, I got a little overwhelmed with all the different surgeon options. I love your belly button too. I am looking to do a breast lift, 360 lipo and tummy tuck. I’m 5’2” and around 150lb (42 yrs). I’m hopeful to lose about 15lbs before May. It’s been so hard to lose since having babies (5 boys). Thank you for replying!
We are exactly the same!!! I totally understand your struggle. Have you considered Semaglutude to help you drop weight and then get off before surgery?
@@SpaandTellI ordered tirzepatide. A friend said that it doesn’t have the nausea side effect. I’ve been on it for 3 weeks now. I’ve lost 4 pounds so I should be happy 😅 but I thought I would lose a little more. I’m using the opportunity to pay attention to the hunger cues and stop eating before I get full (stop when I feel satisfied). I love food in general 😂 so I have a tendency to over indulge. You look amazing and so does your husband by the way! He put in work! Surgery is scheduled for 5/14/24 - 🙌🙏 I’ll let you know how it goes and if I reach my goal weight before then.
Thanks so much for posting all these videos! A few people have suggested getting a walker to help with the lower back pain. Did you consider getting one? If you could go back, do you think it would’ve been helpful?
I'm 5 days post op and I need the walker to go more than a few steps. The back pain is why I need it. My back is in a lot of pain and it is done holding me up.
Wait is this a new one? It says day 5? Either way you look great and you’ve healed up so well 🤩 and yes I’ve seen in the dark. The blind girl is a hot mess 😂

Are you referring to the rainbow one? If so it’s aviator nation
Hi, How many CC of lips were taken out? I am soon to have surgery :)
I’m not sure I understand you question? I didn’t have my lips done and there were no CCs removed
Did your mommy makeover include muscle repair?
If you mean the internal suturing, yes. Please watch the whole series it starts with an in depth video on everything I had done
