Get Up. Get Dressed. Let’s Do This! is a mantra I use to motivate myself to be ready for the day and the opportunities ahead of me. While it takes work and preparation, it will pay off when that moment comes, and you are ready to crush it!

Thank you so much! I just found you and I think it’s definitely a God thing! I took care of my mom for 7 years as she declined from Alzheimer’s and front lobal dementia. During this time I was supported by my husband but it was so difficult I really let myself go! I lost friend connections and overate to compensate for stress. After her death I’ve found myself spending time alone at home. Some days I never dress or attempt to even fix my hair. This from a 65 year old whose friends always called me their prissy friend! Praise God you have motivated me to start AGAIN! I’m going to make it my goal to shower and dress every day like I use to! I was a teacher for 36 years and prided myself on looking stylish and fresh. Now my daughter is getting married in May and I’ve been so nervous about looking too old and haggard! This is my time to shine again and I bless you! ❤❤❤
