I too want to install LED bulbs on my 2007 Express. I have the same headlight assemblies. I didn't think LED's would fit though, because the stock low beam bulbs butt right up against a plastic panel. With the added size of heat sink, did you have any issues fitting them in?
My Sealight S1's arrived. It came with a bunch of extra o-rings. I guess if they're loose you can put thicker o-rings on. Did you use any of them, or did you just use the ones that are already on? Thanks.
Thanks for posting that helpful video! Seeing the headlight adjustment screw location and alignment projection really helped. Does your Chevy Express chassis have daytime running light mode (DRL) and have you noticed if the LED headlights seem to work ok in DRL mode? (Note: our 2014 GMC Savana with DRL mode uses the headlights, and DRL turns on with the ignition on, light sensor sensing daytime, and transmission not in Park. I had read some posts - not specific to GM vans - that when LED headlights are used for DRL - they sometimes flicker in DRL mode - perhaps due to a lower voltage provided to the headlights in DRL mode...)
Glad you found this helpful. I do not have DRL headlights so I can't help with that. I linked to the replacement bulbs I purchased from Amazon in another comment. With Amazon's return policy it's well worth to try the upgrade as the difference at night was huge.

Mine didn't have any or I didn't notice them if they did. So I didn't use any.
