I brought the European title back a few games ago in universe mode. The way I did it was Kassius Ohno brought the title back in NXT UK and used it as a midcard title/unsanctioned title for the brand until Ilja Draganov beat him for the title and brought the title to Regal in exchange for an NXT contract.
Seamus would look awesome as the WWE European champion if the WWE brought back the European champion in the future!
He did look awesome with it in WWE '12's RTWM.
