I've watched you for years every day at an all time low in my life. It was not an easy or quick journey. Now things are finally looking up but I still listen to you on my way to work to remind me how far i've come and that the journey does not end here.

I’m in a similar season in my life. I’m also in recovery. I’m also going to school to be a substance abuse counselor. I also listen to Eddie and his words and content have helped me through and touched my heart and soul. The beginning of this video hit me hard. I have lost so many people. Addiction and mental health are serious issues and people need to share their experiences and struggles more to help others understand that they can make it out of the darkness. If it’s addiction or suicidal thoughts or depression or just a tough season. There is light at the end of the tunnel. Just hang on my friends and live to fight another day. I’m in the toughest season of my life since getting clean and sober. Left a 6 year relationship with the mother of my daughter. Left a job I had been at for 5 years. Had to move back in with family. I have been struggling financially and spiritually. I will not give up. I will keep pushing forward and I will continue to share my struggles.

Hi Eddie, thanks for all of your positiveness. A friend showed me your website, and it has been a life saver for Me. I was going through a bad divorce, when month's in my wife was diagnosed with stage 4 small cell lung cancer, and not soon after, I was diagnosed with prostate cancer. But thankfully I got it early. By listening to your videos I was able to move forward and now I'm cancer free, but unfortunately my wife passed. At the moment, my friend and I are looking to start a nonprofit veterans adventure group, that would help veterans with any life changing events in their lives.
