Regardless of peds. We can’t do what these guys do. We can’t eat as strict as these guys, we can’t lift like these guys lift and none of us have the mental discipline that these guys have, especially Nick. Just a fact folks. So shut it ,sit back and admire what these dudes are capable of.

A lot of truth in this video. Nick has way better arms than jay. Jay had way better legs than nick. The advantage jay had was the absence of social (toxic) media. If nicks midsection is like it was at the arnold 23' with the new added size he'll be right up there battling it out in the top 5. The entire top 6 all have their weakness...who can minimize that the most on show day is the ?...

Most ifbb pros go to doctors regularly, get blood work done Multiple times a month, get scans of organs etc done Multiple times a year. Sure Theres a risk but there's a safe/better way to compete than most people think. Especially amateur guys or the guys who just take a bunch of stuff for social media etc..
