Great house , not so great price. Sold 6/4/2021 for $1.4 million. Listed 6/21/2023 for $3,899,000. ZESTIMATE is $1,774,200. When and where will this greed ever end ?
The seller won the Stanley Cup so why not add a few more million to it

I remember seeing this house toured years ago. They’ve completely destroyed any character it once had.
Nice house, but I don`t get one thing. If they have these 3D camera systems and could easily calculate the space, why don't they order specially printed tiles for the floor and bathroom walls? It can be hard to calculate the area and add a print for it even custom. Also, those Juliett doors should be replaced by the black tinted glass with a print toward the living room (making it look like some sort of art) while providing a view over the space from the bedroom down.
You left out the best feature of this home.....the view at NIGHT.

This house could have been a showstopper but instead we get this mess. Whoever designed the interior (clearly a man because of the lack of cohesion and taste) should be fired.
Beautiful home in probably one of the worst areas in Vegas. Schools suck. And that property is currently the highest priced one in the zip code. Not a good sign for anyone looking to get a bit of equity down the road. Would probably take a couple of decades to tack on 1/2 a million. Too bad we couldn't just magically transport it over to Henderson and this price and home would make so much more sense.

There are 7 homes in a half abandoned development on the fringes of one of the highest crime areas in the Las Vegas area.
This house is TOO BUSY. Keep it plain and simple if you want it classy. Otherwise, you get this big mess of a remodel. Now this home needs another remodel right away.

I will never understand why some real estate people think it is a good idea to have someone standing in front of the camera for the whole tour blocking our view. It is far better to have a voice-over narrate if you feel you need to explain what we are looking at.
