:) I now have fluid movement in my hips, something which I never thought was possible haha!! Yet again, what a wonderful teacher!! Would so love to be in Germany so could go to your classes x
Belly dance is for any size because the movements are natural to our body. Big hips are not a "requirement" Just follow Coco's lessons (or any teacher ) and you will be belly dancing in no time :)

Aww ty for sharing this, i'm learning belly dancing at the moment but i just cannot get the hip shimmy after a while of trying it slow i try to speed it up, but i find it so diff to bend the knees n do the shimmy as i have osteoarthritis in both my knees, the main reason i am learning is i have had both hips replaced n the left one hasn't healed so i've been told to work on the thigh muscles, man after a while i can barely stand they hurt so much., Do u have any tips or tricks to make it easyxx

+Sameera Afreen yes, if you do 20 minutes 2-3 times a week you can loose weight. More is more :) it will also improve your posture & stretch your spine & tighten your waist so you will look slimmer & feel sexier in your body ❤️
