I really like the font that you have created. It fits with how I see your pottery style. Clean and clear but also with a rounded friendly flow. I still smile when I see the underside of my mug.
i love how methodical you are in your pottery. there’s something to be said for going with the flow but there’s also a time and place for methodology and i think you use it well and to your advantage. also maybe you already covered this in another video but i’m curious where your brand name came from! keep up the great work and thanks for sharing your process.
I am a potter in the afternoons, a woodworker in the morning. I might turn something on the lathe to use as an anvil. I had been thinking of this for some time. Thank you.
I tend to use a variety of household items as stamp chucks. Bowls? I'll use an upside down glass. Cups or mugs? Usually condiment shakers. Is the piece actually rounded? I'll add something soft with lots of give between my "chuck" and my piece.
I love the video (but I can’t stand the US way of month day year 😝). When you made a chuck that works, wouldn’t it be better the fire it so it last longer? Or isn’t that a probleme?
Hahaha 😂 It’s how we read the calendar here! Yeah you can totally fire it! There’s just a delay between when you can use it. Also, not firing the chuck allows the clay to be recycled if you ever want to recycle it.

Thank you Elise 🖤
