This is not the first time he insults a woman in front of the camera on this show... He's called a woman classless before. She was a tad annoying but his treatment of women he doesn't personally approve of is just unprofessional...
As a big-busted woman myself, I do get how Lexi feels. It's not just that everyone stares, which makes you self-conscious, it's also that people blame YOU for THEIR staring - "well what do you expect, if you've got 'em out there in my face? Of COURSE I'm gonna look!" And that's not even just confined to cleavage showing - even a turtleneck will get those kinds of comments, or anything not bigger and flappier than a circus tent (and who wants to wear something that makes them look bigger and more shapeless?) It becomes YOUR 'job' to NOT wear anything that 'makes' other people stare - otherwise you're 'just asking for that kind of attention.' And that's not a fair thing to put on someone for a body part they can't do anything about without surgical intervention!
Lexi love ❤️ It was so hateful when no one was trying to understand her dress issue. I get it ! it’s about the bride but your bridesmaids have to be comfortable too!
i mean when you hate EVERYTHING it's kinda hard to "understand her dress issue." her issue is that she doesn't want to wear a dress, period. well that ain't an option, honey, so pick the dress you're least likely to spill out of and call it a day, idgaf about back fat or whatever. nobody's looking at your back fat anyway, they're looking at the bride.
It's not that they couldn't understand, but she made it all about herself and according to the bride, they haven't been able to find a dress because of her. When you know u have issues and causing trouble to the bride, just step down, say I don't like dresses, I don't feel comfortable in them, I'm not willing to compromise, find someone else. Don't make yourself the focal point of someone else's wedding.
If the bridesmaids are paying for their own dresses, they should have a say. I think if you have more than 2 bridesmaids, just give them the color you want and let them wear the style they like.
Not really sure why this has to be so complicated when I got married, I chose the color of the bridesmaid's dress, and allowed the bridesmaids to pick out the style they wanted that way it suited them.
In my country it's rare for a bride to dictate what the bridesmaids wear. They usually pick their own dresses, the only guideline is the lenght. A few brides choose a color or a color palette, but it's rare. I would never feel confortable dictating someone else's look, forcing them to spend money on something they wouldn't otherwise buy.
Shame on Monte! He was completely out of line and not funny. I am willing to bet the bridle party and the bride watch their episode of SYTD. His comments are hurtful. Attacking this young lady with insults. It is cruel to take someone's insecurities and say nasty insults. Normally, I am a big fan of Monty, but not this time.
@@texascrazydoglady190 that's reality TV. They need a plot and producers really don't care. She seemed to think it was funny and drew attention to it herself so it's not the end of theworld
One of my daughters got married last year and she had 2 colors for her bridesmaids. She picked the color they would wear & they could pick out whatever dress they wanted as long as it was in that color. I think she used Azazie. My eldest daughter is getting married this year and she's going to use a similar website. Her girls can pick whatever dress they want as long as it's the color my daughter has chosen. She's going to use either Azazie or Kennedy Blue. I think that's a great idea. That way your bridesmaids can choose a dress they might actually wear again.
Azazie is a great option, but as a busty girl as well it’s still tricky to figure out sizing for a gown. I was supposed to use it for a wedding, but I couldn’t visualize how the dress would look on me. I ended up ordering a fabric swatch and going to David’s bridal to try on styles so I could figure out how the gowns fit. It was actually super helpful.
I see some lovely bridesmaid dresses on the mannequins. That aside, I feel bad for Lexie. She just wants to feel confident and pretty, and it's a struggle to find something that will do that for her.
For real, she truly has a very nice chest. moreover for its size. But I understand 100% how she feels. I have the same problem with my legs, even during the summer I keep my long pants… I would be so uncomfortable if I had to wear a short dress to a wedding.
Maybe if the boob or body jokes stop, many women would feel more comfortable in their own skin. I am a quarter her size, and got those nasty jokes all my life. It is neither funny, nor is it helpful in any way. It's like people sum you up to a body part, often by other women, who secretly wish they were bustier so they bully the ones that are, The narrator just had to say "Now the girls are busting out to the racks..." read that again. Damn.
@@eileenmcdonald1599 Some people are nasty and others aren't. Unfortunately, it is in their nature to remain so, unless some serious consequences are put in place.
Don't these salons have a good designer? Have been seeing these lousy ones for years. Couldn't understand why they put the busty girl in strapless gowns? And why are there so few choices for bridesmaids gowns?
I so wish I had my life over again. As a teenager, I spent hours designing clothes and yet, I don't see much variety on any of these shows. There are so many solutions to these problems...classy, elegant, original designs. Pity they are all in my head!
As a busty woman myself I get that it’s stressful finding dresses that suit, but you can’t knock back dresses you’ve never tried & she looked fine in the first & second dress, although the v neck would have suited her better
f you invite a friend to be a bridesmaid you must take their body shape into account so that everyone is comfortable. Lexi is right to be concerned. Maybe choose a color and let the bridesmaids choose their own dress. Monte was a jerk in this episode.
When my daughter-in-law got married her bridesmaids all had the same style dress in teal apart from a very large girl whose dress was a different style to compliment her figure but was made in the same teal colour as the other girls. Worked well.
Unless you are very slim, and wear a C or less, strapless gowns often look like crap, and if the Bride has big boobs they spend half the time pulling up the bodice, which just looks ridiculous. WHY did they even try to put her in Strapless. I think the gown the other girls chose was a good pick for all of them. I wish Lexi could have tried it on. If she is that uncomfortable with her chest size she should talk to her Physician about getting a reduction. No amount of weight loss is going to reduce the girls to where she would be comfortable. Also - very large breasts can lead to back and neck issues as you get older.
I agree with you on all points. However, I've seen many a Skinny Minnie on this show pulling at a strapless gown that slips down - we need to remember gravity has its way (curves or not) and find styles that hold the assets no matter their size.
Unfortunately dresses are cut from start for B or C cup. They can make big cheast adjustments but thats not on sample dresses. But the diffrent styles they showed was awful
I know Lexi was uncomfortable with her bust size but can I just say she looked amazing Any in every one of the dresses. Curves are gorgeous. I really liked the teal style dress she tried on last. She didn't even seem like overly full busted to me. Just curvy. Any attention she gets from her figure I bet it's 90% positive attention. Sometimes people tease about something they secretly wished they had
As someone who has body insecurities I feel for the bridesmaid and understand the stress of the dress but at the end she knew the day is more about the bride and made the compromise.
You know, I really like how monte and lori handle brides and such but sometimes the editing and choices with the bridesmaids dont seem quite as good. Like, theres tons of dresses and I'm a big bust gal, why didnt they try a full coverage halter or a square neck with wide set straps to avoid bunching around the armpits? At least in this clip they just kept putting Lexi in strapless things which I personally can almost never get to fit right. The gals need their support. Even an illusion neck high neckline would have been good to try. I do like the dress they settled on though. It's a flattering cut for most anyone
Lexi was determined to make it about her and take over from the start. Shes also lying. She loves the attention they get her. She can't stop talking about them.
NO dress is ever going to look good if you dont first appreciate your body. I used to have big mountains and I'm petite, but when I lost weight because I was obese, my twins also reduced. Nevertheless, I appreciate them then and now. And LORI, miracles happen everyday, may today bring you one 🙏🙏💪
I have a large bust…42J cup!!yup u got it 42j! At age 12 I was wearing a 36D cup.. Unless you are willing t get a breast reduction you will have issues with clothing. You need to go get properly fitted for your bra. 85% of American women do not wear the correct size bra.do some research to find where you can go to get properly fitted.. I know Warners Bras had Minimizer bras that were made to make you look a cup yo 2cups smaller.. That is all my mother and I wore. Now that I am older an have issues with my hands I can not hook my bra with my hands sooo I opted to wear Just my Size bras that stretch an can be put over my head..Good luck!!
I'm sorry but I completely understand where she's coming from. Every single thing she said is something I have said at one point or another because I hate not having proper support or worrying about falling out. It's really uncomfortable. Halters? Always hurts my neck because honey, gravity!! And even I hate it when tops show cleavage. I'm just not ok with that either because that's just not my preference.
If you are not willing to do something about what is bothering you then shut up about it!! Before someone yells at me I am a lady who had a breast reduction due to being large breasted so I know of what I speak.
It wasn't all that long ago when the bride picked out the dress and the color with no input from the bridesmaids. Usually the only consideration was to be sure the girls could afford the dress. They simply showed up for measurements and fittings. Saved a lot of drama.
I really think if the young lady hates shopping because of her big breasts she should seriously consider a breast reduction operation. A plastic surgeon friend of mine has often said that of all the operations he does, the one which always has the woman in tears of happiness is a breast reduction. This girl is so unhappy with the size of her breasts I believe it would make the world of difference to her.
My daughter is getting married this coming November and had a Jr Bridesmaid one of the older adult maid she only looking at dresses that are not appropriate for a 13 year old with slits my daughter has repeatedly told the girls no slits cause she doesn't like them she wants maids to be appropriate for the Jr maid and I have to agree with my daughter.
I don’t like strapless on anyone!! They spend the entire wedding pulling up the front. The dress she chose was short in length. I think it should have been a long gown, not everyone has great legs to show off (including me)🤨.
"I am very proud of Lexi for her to step up to the plate and do something like that really meant a lot to me" Translation: "I am very proud of Lexi for be willing to embarrass herself and wear a dress she feels very uncomfortable in for me." Not impressed with this episode or the bride or the staff.
I agree it must have been hard for Lexi on the wedding day hoping her large breasts weren't attracting more attention than the bride. Normal sized women can't imagine having to constantly be careful that everyday clothes you buy don't bring very unwanted attention. It gets quite depressing.
My mom is busty and a lot of the women in my is busty like around D+. My ex friend's mom is around Lexi's size. They wore dresses with either something with strips or without strips. She could've also add extra support there's bra that's built for dresses or have dress with built-in bras. There's always a way. At the end I think she was being a little difficult, but I understand if you can't visualize what you could do to make the dress fit your bust. I'm not big no means I'm around B cup but I have broad shoulders so I under how it can be hard for certain things It's hard to fine bras so I usually just wear either no bras, tank too with built in bras, or lose fitted sports bras. I have maybe less then a hand full of bras cause I hate shopping for them.
They might not have had a sample in her size. Putting someone who is insecure in a dress that's not in their size, it might make them hate the dress even though you could explain that it will be ordered in their size.
I got lucky. I found a dress that suited both my bridesmaids. My sister is very busty and short to boot. I found a navy blue chiffon tea length dress that looked nice on both ladies. It had a V neck, but it had to be hemmed for my sister and there was a fair amount of material left. The genius alterations lady simply put in a panel of the fabric into the neckline and bingo! Modified V neck that covered the cleavage and looked great. It can be done. She even wore it the next year to her college vocal recital, as well as to other events when a nicer dress was needed, since it didn't look like a bridesmaid's dress.
Lexi would have looked fab in Leahs dress its a shame she didn't get to try it on instead of those other dresses, glad they settled on it and all wearing the same looks super nice.
To be honest I'm seeing a lot of gowns that aren't holding everything in , doesn't have enough support and looks dumpy ,like it's not well tailored and fitting. And it's not just busty girls.... Normal busts have sagging too. Every dress needs to fit properly to look nice, and were all designer 'bodies' not manufactured. Even being skinny has its challenges when everything is falling off and nothing fits. Also, being petite means small, but might mean short/might mean skinny when it comes to sizing, same with large - tall or full? Not everyone has the same build or bone structure just because they're certain size.
That strapless royal blue dress with the rouching (sorry fr the misspelling) could've definitely worked. It was sturdy but also provided ample coverage but the bridesmaid was picky
No one’s makes disparaging remarks about skinny, boobless women, why do they feel it’s ok to comment about overweight or large busted women….? As a woman who is GG-busted I know how deflating it is to go dress shopping
As a busty girl I agree that it's an absolute nightmare to shop for clothes. There's so many of us out there that I can't believe it's still an issue!

@Superman I absolutely agree.
And don't think the bride want accidents to happen. Like she flash them all mid ceremony
@@dietotaku they put her in same style and last dress was more boobs out then covered. It's notnlike strapless is the only dress out there
Why did they keep putting the strapless on the Lexi?
Drama. Period.
It was an abusive joke to create drama for a TV show. Shame on them.
Lori! I was so upset to hear you were unwell. I am happy to see you back in the salon. Stay well! Warmest regards, You friend in New Jersey.
If the bridesmaids are paying for their own dresses, they should have a say. I think if you have more than 2 bridesmaids, just give them the color you want and let them wear the style they like.
Why not let each bridesmaid pick their own dress?
The chosen v-neck dress is flattering, and more than a one-time dress. It just needs some alteration for Lexie.
Why should anyone have to buy what they are uncomfortable wearing
Not really sure why this has to be so complicated when I got married, I chose the color of the bridesmaid's dress, and allowed the bridesmaids to pick out the style they wanted that way it suited them.
One word.. bridezilla.
I think that is a relatively new trend (I did the same thing, no drama and everyone looked beautiful). This show is over 10 years old.
So wonderful to see Lori back x
She says it’s a big deal for people to point it out 1:18
Hunny you were the one pointing it out - 1:07
My thoughts, too 🤣🤣
In my country it's rare for a bride to dictate what the bridesmaids wear.
It's fair. You can tell in the delivery. As if Lori would really let her staff speak to customers like that
Fake I mean
Regardless, this was aired. We all have our insecurities and to have them highlighted fake or not. I think this was just was just wrong.
My friend used Azazie for prom and the dress was a little too big but otherwise it worked out!
No one else seems to be bringing up her Hooters except for her
I see some lovely bridesmaid dresses on the mannequins. That aside, I feel bad for Lexie. She just wants to feel confident and pretty, and it's a struggle to find something that will do that for her.
Yes, finally! I love the bridesmaids episodes!
Damn.
Agreed. And it would help even more if many brides weren't such nasty humans
@@eileenmcdonald1599 Some people are nasty and others aren't. Unfortunately, it is in their nature to remain so, unless some serious consequences are put in place.
Lori, 3 time survivor here. I wish all the best for you and NO MORE CANCER!!!
3 times? Not fair! Hope it all stays in the past!
Lori strikes again! She always has an answer!!
Only in a bridal shoppe have I heard “hooter holders”
i love lori and montes relationship
Don't these salons have a good designer? Have been seeing these lousy ones for years. Couldn't understand why they put the busty girl in strapless gowns? And why are there so few choices for bridesmaids gowns?
It's bridesmaids dresses they allways seem have a goal to look skit
@@AnniCarlsson 😄😄
I so wish I had my life over again. As a teenager, I spent hours designing clothes and yet, I don't see much variety on any of these shows. There are so many solutions to these problems...classy, elegant, original designs. Pity they are all in my head!
It’s never too late to do what you love 💗
I was shocked to know Lori had cancer treatment, hope it went well and no more illness for her.
Welcome, Lori, we all love you!!!
As a busty woman myself I get that it’s stressful finding dresses that suit, but you can’t knock back dresses you’ve never tried & she looked fine in the first & second dress, although the v neck would have suited her better
Welcome back Lori, glad to see you, we love ya and missed you babygirl!!! ❤️😺💋💕💐🍹🍷
This is an old episode from 2010s.
I thought it said “Dusty bridesmaid”
😎
f you invite a friend to be a bridesmaid you must take their body shape into account so that everyone is comfortable. Lexi is right to be concerned. Maybe choose a color and let the bridesmaids choose their own dress. Monte was a jerk in this episode.
Girl says I don’t wear v-neck tops. She comes to appointment in v-neck top.
Lori beat cancer, that’s all I care about! Lost my grandmother to breast cancer, it really hits home for me.
Hooter Holders! Hahaha omg
It’s a good idea to have similar (not exactly the same) styles in matching fabric and color. Win-win!
When my daughter-in-law got married her bridesmaids all had the same style dress in teal apart from a very large girl whose dress was a different style to compliment her figure but was made in the same teal colour as the other girls. Worked well.
Frankenstein called, he wants his head back
Oh my gosh! I love Lori! 😂
I hope that Lori recovers well and is fine now.
Lexi makes more of a fuss of it than anyone else. I didn't even notice until she brought it up, again and again ....
"...well, your shopping!!"
How insensitive
Sad you seem to believe that surgery has no risks. You also assume that she has insurance. Even these days many do not.
This episode is really old.
She is really kindhearted and nice true friend
I know Lexi was uncomfortable with her bust size but can I just say she looked amazing Any in every one of the dresses. Curves are gorgeous. I really liked the teal style dress she tried on last. She didn't even seem like overly full busted to me. Just curvy. Any attention she gets from her figure I bet it's 90% positive attention. Sometimes people tease about something they secretly wished they had
I really thought it said ‘dusty bridesmaid’💀
I'd watch that
@@pazza4555 PFFF 😭
Wishing Lori a successful treatment and speedy recovery.
This was filmed years ago.
@@NintenGamer good then she’s fine I would think.
Omg... the only problem here is here attitude... I wear a 38G ... no problem... I wear dresses all the time. Positive mental attitude...
Lexi was determined to make it about her and take over from the start. Shes also lying. She loves the attention they get her. She can't stop talking about them.
The NAVY dress will look fabulous on all the bridesmaids. I have big ones too and that cut is flattering.🥰🥰
I love that Monty is wearing breast cancer colors.
Love Lexi’s attitude.
i don’t blame her i’m a 38D at only 13 and it is a pain finding shirts becasue it just doesn’t look good on me
Hooter holders-hahahahahahahaha
I think the large breasted lady would look cute in a dress similar to the attendant’s.
I don’t like strapless on anyone!! They spend the entire wedding pulling up the front. The dress she chose was short in length. I think it should have been a long gown, not everyone has great legs to show off (including me)🤨.
Welcome back.
I’m a 42 h. All my youth years posture was an issue with my mom and I have no problem with holding them up. A good bra helps a lot.
"I am very proud of Lexi for her to step up to the plate and do something like that really meant a lot to me"
Translation: "I am very proud of Lexi for be willing to embarrass herself and wear a dress she feels very uncomfortable in for me."
Not impressed with this episode or the bride or the staff.
Why didn't they put the larger girl in the dress the bride liked?
I loved the green one
Girl needs to get those puppies reduced if she’s that unhappy with them. Believe me it works wonders.
No one’s makes disparaging remarks about skinny, boobless women, why do they feel it’s ok to comment about overweight or large busted women….? As a woman who is GG-busted I know how deflating it is to go dress shopping
That v neck dress has the same neckline as her t-shirt!
Breast Cancer survivor here. Lori, if you need a stranger....
This is an old episode. Lori has a different hairstyle now.
she looked absolutely stunning in the end photo of the bridesmaids in it xxx
