I am struggling with insomnia for years and this song helps most of the time. It reminds me of feeling we had and gives me hope there is more of love and life for me. I wish the same for him to. Wish I could send this to someone that I love but I cannot break his heart again. I hope he is happy and forgotten everything and someday may understand why I had to push him away. He is having a baby now, as I learn my health is getting worse and I know he is better off not dealing with someone he loves getting sicker as a disease tears apart everything he loved. I know I made the right choice for him but I still wish I could be by his side. I'm think some of this footage other than the footage of Canada geese is of Anser indicus/ bar-headed goose (correct me if I'm wrong). Their breeding and migration range can include Russia, Mongolia, Western China, Tibet, India, Kyrgyzstan, maybe more. Can you imagine that trip and all they might encounter? I would love love love to fly with them. They have such sweet faces too.

Such “phenomena” is called synchronicity 🙂I’m pretty sure it’s the way your mom wanted to let you know she’s by your side. If you get more mindful about things you hear or see, you’ll get more messages from her. Like you see something/hear something and it “stroke” you or you suddenly “zoom” your focus out of blue on a phrase someone in a crowd has said or graffiti on a wall... such things. I'm think some of this footage other than the footage of Canada geese is of Anser indicus/ bar-headed goose (correct me if I'm wrong). Their breeding and migration range can include Russia, Mongolia, Western China, Tibet, India, Kyrgyzstan, maybe more. Can you imagine that trip and all they might encounter? I would love love love to fly with them. They have such sweet faces too.

My ex posted it on his wall today. I know it was for me to see it. I left him because I knew I could not be enough good for him in the future. Nobody ever cared or loved me the way he did. I loved him too but not the way he deserved.. I always felt I am not enough and some things I couldn't accept. I didn't wanted to be the one who would ruin this relationship in future due to my mental problems or low self-esteem. He deserves for someone better than me.. And sometimes it's better to end relation before we start destroying each other. He hurts now. But it will last some time only. But I know he will be more happy in his future without me...

It sounds like you have been suffering terribly for much too long, and started to believe that there's no cure for the your issues. I'm so sorry. I don't know what it is, and some truly don't have a cure and are severe, such as schizophrenia, or bipolar, or personality disorders. But as long as you were transparent about it, and offered him the choice, it was his choice to make, my dear. Yours was only to choose (or not to choose) him, and to choose to work on your issues.
I don't want to be hurtful when I say so, but I believe that you deserve a man who truly loves you, despite and with your mental health issues and your low self-esteem that came to you through no fault of your own. You are the one who didn't deserve it. You didn't deserve that suffering. You didn't deserve to grow up believing you're less than.
And at the same time, your boyfriend, if this love is true and deep, also didn't deserve that your issues make his choice. Because what you wrote here sounds like it was what someone and something else (illness, and possibly people who let you feel that way in your upbringing) chose for him. You sound like you were in fear of actually being loved, deserving being loved, and of loving him all the way, while taking full responsibility to simply just do your absolute best, because you can't control your illness, and you can't control the future.
We can't, honey. That's true, my sweet girl. All we can do is open our mouths and catch drops of honey when they do come our way, and when the storms hit, let it rain, feel that, cry with the sky, and make it to the other side if possible.
