Go to Start>Settings>Update & Security>Troubleshoot>Additional troubleshooters>Internet Connections>Run the troubleshooter and see whether the problem has been solved

Probably I didn't do something in the hotspot thetering settings correctly, because it was consuming my internet after watching a movie!

Bro when i turn on the hotspot it will turn on and not showing it in avilable network in my laptop
