- AP via Scripps News: A New York judge Tuesday issued a gag order barring Donald Trump from making public statements about witnesses, prosecutors, court staff and jurors in his upcoming hush money criminal trial.
Judge Juan M. Merchan cited Trump's previous comments about him and others involved in the case, as well as a looming April 15 trial date in granting the prosecution's request for a gag order.

Gag orders should be ruled unconstitutional, the constitution isn’t suspended just because some judge feels like it.
Every criminal defendant is supposed to keep their mouth shut. Trump is no different. Freedom of speech does have some limitations and is not absolute.
