Congratulations it’s a huge step in the process. I’m owner building also, I’ve had mine cured and sealed for 3 months and now waiting for it to stop raining on the east coast everything is ready to go. What size is the slab thanks

Hi, under roof is about 280 sqm, however the verandah and alfresco area haven't been concreted as yet. I hope it stops raining for you soon!

hi- just wondering, Is this an expensive thing to do[ concert slab insulation] ? Before I approch our builder, I'm trying to figure out a reasonable estimate for doing this to our a single-story home in Melbourne's south-east [22sqm- new build] . thank you for your time

Hi there, It's not to expensive as an OB, if you're going through a building they'll ad their mark up. Pricewise Insulation is a good resource to get prices of Slabmate, I used 100mm but it's available in various sizes.
