Hello again my friends 🌸 I wanted to share some thoughts about changing. It can be so confusing and difficult to deal with change no matter where you are in life. And it will never stop happening, cause you’ll keep evolving.
What I like about your videos, Jacqueline, is that you do not provide “quick fixes” but appreciate how complex a human being can be. You just bring up topics that are worth thinking about, instead of instantly solving the issue. It’s not exactly in vogue in the online world right now to slow down enough for this kind of thing. I’m going through that phase where nearly all your videos resonate, and I really appreciate it when I don’t get a generalized answer, and I can just meditate on these subjects instead of instantly being put in a box. Keep going! ❤️
Thank you so much, that makes me so happy to hear! 😍 that's exactly the kind of content and space I want to create, something that sparks thoughts and reflections. Everything in life just can't come nicely wrapped with a pretty bow on top. Somethings will just be messy and difficult and maybe even be left behind without being solved.
I actually love change ❤ I think life is a constant flow and we have to move with it. Sometimes it feels scary, but when you don’t resist it and go with it, you’ll discover it is how it was meant to be and it is always for the best.🌸✨
It takes courage to change, especially if that change might hurt someone you love. If you're truly unhappy in some way and you resist change, it puts you into a depression and makes it more destructive when you realize you can't live with your situation any longer and you must break out of your cage.
Yes indeed, resisting the flow of life can also contribute to burn out. The forces of change are strong and takes a lot of energy to resist. And all of us with a curious mind and wild heart, I believe it takes even more ✨
Thank-you for this. It made me think of this poem from @maiapoetry: "I hope when you come home to yourself there are flowers lining the front porch that were left from all the women you were before” I wish that for you. (And me!)

That’s really something I want to work on and carry with me more, to not resist so much, dare to ride the waves so to speak 🙏💕
