      Thank you so much for the positive comment. I'm so glad that my video could actually help you. Apologies for the late response for some reason your comment was blocked and I didn't know until today

    Thank you for this upload! Went thru a bunch of videos trying to find a step-by-step instruction and couldn't find one until now.

      No problem I'm glad my video could help. I have a couple other videos I might do in the spring on the Yamaha 660.

    Is that needed when it's bogging out .. or can you adjust the float without removing the lines ?

    • @JOATD
      @JOATD  Год назад +2

      You can adjust the carbs without removing the cables, this video was just to show you how to remove the cables just in case you wanted to put a new carburetor on

    what do i do when the mechanism that flipped back on the bolt at the end doesn’t move back and fourth. i have to forcefully move it. when i lift it up it’s stuck in that position. the quad has been sitting forever

    • @JOATD
      @JOATD  Год назад +1

      It's a spring that's inside that mechanism that makes it go back and forth and have tension on it I will try to use penetrating oil to lube it up and if that doesn't work you're going to have to replace it you can buy that part on eBay but it is difficult to take the entire carburetor apart to replace it I may do a video on that because I have done it multiple times just never thought someone would want to do it

      @@JOATD trust me, we don't WANT to do it but I want to ride and I can't afford to pay someone to fix it! Thank you for putting up videos and helping.. I'm gonna use this knowledge for on my yz250 and hopefully it's similar enough 👍
