Hopefully you’ve figured it out, but you need to have the air filter or it won’t run properly on stock jetting. Get a stock air filter, UNI or K&N might require carb adjustment. Make sure the carb boots are in good condition, if they are cracked; replace them. Research on raptor forum. Theres how to’s for everything

You will have to order the OEM air filler guide, plate element fitting and a UNI air filter.

Your reverse wire could not be grounded properly. Happend to my 03 all I did was ground it and it stopped the issue

All do respect pls get rid of that K&N. It’s not doing any good brother.
Oh I agree I hate K&n lol might as well run no filter! This was in it when I bought it and was just fixing it up to sell.
