Very interesting! Looking forward to seeing the Ute (however you spell it)! I don't know how you get along without pin punches and files. Seems like every part I have to install has burrs I need to knock off or some other fitment issue. I work on a lot grinding machines. The grinding swarf seems to cause a lot of corrosion issues and makes removing fasteners are real bastard. I've seen grinders so badly corroded that they have holes in the cast iron bases that leak coolant! Usually the sheet metal guards just fall off in big chunks.

Thanks mate. your not alone dealing with corrosion. I try and add and remove tools to the larger case for each job. normally if its a larger job ill talk directly with the machine operator to get a idea of the machines condition. he will tell me the nightmare I am walking into. You know if you every hear "this machines fucked" said by the customer it means he tried to fix it with a hammer and you will be drilling out bolts.
