Nice video, I am absolutely playing that Nico Robin leader once it releases in the west. I will say, I really enjoy your art critiques, personally the art for Jewelry Bonney is definitely my favorite among the sleeves. I think it’s definitely reminiscent of the Art Nouveau movement, specifically Alphonse Mucha’s work.
Right, ya that was one of my favorite ones so far, it's nice when the piece tells a story and there is actual Font within the piece, adds another dimension to it

I love PB luffy. Btw, other than protection against effects, the +1 cost from the leader allows you to use the st14 sanji reliably
Robin is a very dangerous leader.... banish alone will drain resources rapidly from your opponent. Combine that with in built ramp that feeds yellows desire for top end play..... that is some sakazuki level synergy blending.

Ya that piece was incredible! I was a High School Art Teacher, my Major in College was Art (more on the Historical/Academic side of Art) and my Minor was Fine Art. This most recent School year that just passed will probably be it for me with teaching though, the channel is starting to do well enough where I can drop down to Substitute teaching and focus on the channels growth.

I started crying when I saw Nico Robin Leader being announced
I wanted Miss All-Sunday lead with her tan
Law does well into saka. More consistency with removal. But more importantly, he establishes 2 swinging bodies each turn. While Saka usually uses low attack characters to combo removal such as Rebecca and helmeppo.
Law eats saka up with all the 5k swings. And with Maria, it’s more like multiple 7k swings

Imo, I think Black Maria should have been leader locked to Animal Kingdom Pirates leaders. She's definitely essential to things like Purple Kaido, but gives Law an unnecessary amount of power.

I've been playing Law for about a month or so, but it feels a bit overwhelming, most likely because I'm a beginner, honestly RP Luffy or Bonney feels way more fun
Both of those decks are very strong in OP07 (Bonney and RP Luffy) I would stick with those if you enjoy those.
Is the who’s who a cp type card also? You said he searched with spandam so I wanted to clarify
That's correct Who's Who is a "Former CP" card and Spandam can search up cards with "CP" in it's types, which is really strong and more versatile than a searcher like Brannew who can only search up {Navy} type cards, which limits it to a Navy type and not potentially Former Navy like Kuzan

Would be cool if they make a weaker Luffy leader that transform into a stronger one after he runs out of life by fliping a 2-sided card around

With Nico Robin Leader being part of OP09 which is the anniversary set there is some hope that we shall see a Manga Nico Robin!
My only gripe with her leader effect being hand discard, I wish the Don that was ramped was actually active instead of rested. But with her banish effect, Amaru slots right in as an easy 4 of in this deck for me.
Ya it would have been nice if she could put it into play Active because it costs a Discard

Why does another psuedo yellow leader now get banish, we need leaders or cards to deal with yellow not buff them with being able to now banish our life while they have all the tools they want to survive forever

I can see law being banned or black Maria unless they errata her to only work with kaido leaders.
I'm more for erratas before banning. Like laws tucking can turn into a KO which would make a huge difference since you can play around that. It's harder to play around being tucked
still doesn't fix the fact that R/P Law will become broken again with the next generic purple card. His effect is too strong and the leader prevents card design since anything and everything can work in this deck. They should ban it especially since it has been winning the majority of tournaments in both OP07 and OP08.

@@richardshiflett5181 BM was needed for Kaido but with B/P Gear 5 Luffy on the horizon, she might need to get banned because she can allow Luffy to drop back to back 9c Kaido.
Law doesn't deserve a ban.
Ban gordon ir restrict it so it can't be played in same deck as raise max.
And ban black maria.

@richardshiflett5181 banning gordon won't do anything. Banning black maria only hurts kaido. Banning moria makes black worse but then yellow is back on top.
I personally disagree with Gordon being hit on the ban since it’s a promo. Gordon by himself isn’t a problem it all boils down to law being a busted leader. The leader itself limits game design and when they don’t limit themselves we get Black Maria situations. Leader needs to be erratad in my opinion to don-3 cheat out a 3 or don-4 cheat out a 4 but not the way it cheats out now
I think the bigger problem is the removal effect. If it was a ko effect i feel like the leader would feel more balanced
Erratas are never going to happen and everyone needs to understand that.
