Her first singing teacher was French, and perhaps this explains the incredible charm and authenticity of her interpretations. She absolutely Nails the emotion and passion of this song as no other soprano ever has, and all you can do is whine about a few supposedly mispronounced lyrics. Geeeeez!... She sings in multiple languages, speaks at least three fluently, is internationally loved and respected as a lyric and opera soprano, and is a professor of lyric singing at the University Mozarteum in Salzburg as well as a Highly in-demand private lyric singing teacher. Poor French spoils this. Many phrases incomprehensible, many vowels un-French i.e. dominant mouth shape not French
