I am from Nepal. I have been in singapore and stayed there for almost 3 years during my study. Before my study i was there for few days 2-3 times. It was before 2007. I found singapore is a perfect city to live for any individual with thier family. Singapore is safe, multicultured, lot of opportunities, centrally located, warm weather, very systematic and perfect law and order and lot of positivity that gives you positive vibes. If you are planning to visit as a tourist, you can eperience a modern city with Chinese, Malay and indian culture in one city.
Singapore is really safe some years back while burning midnight oil for studies, i wanted a snack at nearby 7-11, mom said its around 2am it might still be unsafe for solo female, i went and on my way i saw solo female jogging along the road footpath, i told my mom that and said she worried too much lol. Living in a very safe country is priceless, such freedom that comes from safety is priceless 😊
Singapore is not a safe place either. Violent man hit you with stick multiple times in busy crowded street, police called and they did nothing! Multiple witnesses and cctv and police do nothing! In Singapore, many men do upskirt video in public spaces with evidence captured on cctv and police did nothing! In Singapore, man expose his genitals and full nakedness in quiet, public neighbourhood to violate woman, police called and do nothing! You are naive to think Singapore is all so good, because such things are buried and not reported! Victims don't get justice. Things only look OK on the surface. Today criminals are not punished by the law. They get away scot free.

I can confidently say that Singapore is the best country to live in the whole world. Safety, clean streets, friendly and polite people, a lot of greenery and trees and clean air. Caring for people and the environment is also visible everywhere - all shopping centers have rooms for children, defibrillators on the walls, waste separation, etc. This is the only country where I did not worry about crime, even at night I could calmly walk the streets and not be afraid of thefts. Yes, there may not be many noisy places for entertainment in Singapore, but for people like me who value safety, peace and comfort, as well as mutual respect between people, this is the best place. I would also like to note the absence of smoking in public places. In my country they don't follow this and it's annoying. I was in Singapore for 2 weeks and it was the best time of my life. Here for the first time I felt truly happy, I forgot about all my problems and anxious thoughts. I have never encountered any rudeness or misunderstanding in Singapore. Even the airport staff treat all tourists very well. When I returned from Singapore, I was depressed for a month. For a long time I did not want to realize the new reality that I was not there, but already in another country. Thank you to all the people of Singapore for creating such a wonderful place! You managed to build an ideal country, and if you told me what else could be improved in Singapore, I would have to think for a very long time, because I did not find a single flaw. My dream now is to build a startup with enough valuation to one day become a Singaporean citizen. P.S. Prices are also not very high, lower than in Western Europe. I stayed at the Four Seasons for only $500 a night, in Paris it costs $2000 a night. Separately, it is worth mentioning Singapore Airlines, which has been considered the best in the world for many years; the flight with you was amazing.
Wonderfully said. Agree with everything you said & liked how you said it. I'm excited to say I'm having a two night stopover there in just 11 days time
@garyclarke9685 as a sg local do really enjoy the multicultre we have here. Eat a mix off all the race/culture food! Then worried about dieting later 😂
It really depends on what you prefer if you wish to visit Singapore. What I like about Singapore: 1. Safety and efficiency (Buses and Trains are well connected) 2. Very diverse culture (Chinese, Malay, Indian, Eurasian, Nyonya, etc.) 3. A small city where you can get almost everything (Most of the international brands are here) 4. Affordable - From a local point of view - DO NOT BUY WATER FROM 7-ELEVEN UNLESS NECESSARY! It's more affordable to buy from the supermarkets such as Fairprice, Giant, Sheng Siong, Prime - Eating at hawker centers What I do not like about Singapore 1. The weather is humid 2. Expensive* Hotels: I can't dispute on this, it's expensive as compared to the neighbouring countries. Restaurants: Be prepared to fork out additional 10% service charge + 9% GST. However, no tipping is required. Taxis: Yes, it's not going to be cheap, just stick with the bus/MRT If you are travelling on tight budget, you may not enjoy Singapore as much compared to your home country. However, if you are willing to splurge a bit, you'll be amazed by the things you can experience in Singapore.
@thischannelisAIgenerated I would not call them clowns but it's a legit fear about drinking tap water from many countries. But a little Google search should show that tap water is completely fine in SG ( I been drinking tap water in sg all my life. )
I love my country when I free I like to go nature park as : Chestnut Nature Park, Tampines Quarry, Mandai T15 Trail, Dairy Farm Nature Park, Bukit Timah Nature Reserve, so safe, so clean and peaceful !

Yes.A great deal to do here.Places for hiking Mandai trail park Chestnut park Diary farm park Sembawang Park .Hahahaha how can it be boring.I love Singapore
hahaha the China tourist is the epitome of her country's stereotype - materialising true in person. That was interesting because I do also keep seeing comments still that SG is boring. I've lived here all my life. I've yet to find it boring! How you continue to be curious, to learn and discover things about this small island is quite amazing. There is still yet more to find out about - our history and the context of its people is deeper than what most people think.
Agreed. She prob just dipped her toes in and didn’t really bother to dig deep. I went to a museum recently with my kids and this swarm of noisy tourists descended on the room we were at, didn’t stay for the media presentation which gave ALL of the context of why this museum was crucial and left after taking some photos. They read nothing. Just glanced about. My 13yo was kinds perplexed about the encounter. Th is exactly the sort of shallow tourist that say we are boring.
@@mamamememooyeah, well... in other countries like Japan (a hot fave destination for most), their culture has been exoticised in minds of people for a long time, and their country's culture can be seen very clearly on the first level as a tourist. For SG, you have to dig deeper. What you see may not be what you get if you want to really know what SG is about. And most tourists, to be frank, can't be bothered. They just want to do their Instagram photos, post them and then head on to the next "cool" thing.
In terms of nature sg is boring but in terms of man made singapore has alot to offer. Example i wanna go hiking singapore has bukit timah & ( ) help me fill in 😂
Enjoy watching videos on such topics. It reflects to some extent how foreigners view Singapore, both in good and bad ways. Singapore can then further improve and become better.
Yeah providing they don't always listen to the views of Chinese as they are always so damn negative & I can generalise when I make such a statement because it's true
Personally if you go dine in a restaurant every day, it is expensive. China can be expensive too especially Shanghai and Beijing. China is big but not for me as a local Singaporean. She better not go to Europe since Singapore considers expensive for her.
Haha, Swizzyinsg you are so ‘fortunate’ to have met such an `insensible' tourist from China. Have seen numerous interviews on YT with tourists from China with their travelling experience in Singapore and almost all of them in a certain degree do like and enjoy their stay in Singapore, this lady is indeed a special exception. But then again, she also has the right to express her own views 👌

@Swizzyinsg Hmmm... How about these: 1. The minority of the minority races in Singapore. The world knows that there are Chinese, Malays, Indians & Others in Singapore. What about races like Japanese, Koreans, Africans, Jewish...etc; living in Singapore who are PRs and so on. 2. The connectivity to Singapore. The world knows of Changi Airport, Ports, and MRT in Singapore. How about our ferry terminals to visit Batam/Indonesia or the Causeway to visit JB. 3. Some of the Old buildings in Singapore from the Colonial days which have been preserved for Cultural/Historical reasons.
As a Singaporean, if you ask me this question 20 years ago, I would say it’s really boring. Now, definitely not. There are plenty of things to do and enjoy from morning till late nights.
I am a local in SG. Bus and train is between 1 -2 USD Local food (a rice meal or noodle meal with a coffee or soft drink) at the hawker centre and local coffee shop is below USD5. Mid range restaurant meal, a main meal is USD 15-25.

Singapore is not a boring country.. and I’m proud of my Singapore 🇸🇬 which is one of the safest places to live in. Anyway everyone’s has their opinions & views & the bottom line is how one chooses to live their lives & make the most of everything they have. And I’m blessed & contented to live in my country 🇸🇬
Whether Singapore is boring or not is an entirely subjective question - In a lot of ways it feels like Manhattan with the bars & night life etc. Everybody has their own lifestyle preferences I guess.
I am from Mumbai, I have been visit singapore its really fantastic experience. The things what I like about singapore is the city is planned so well every where you can see greenery, great public transportation, some of good place to visit with family and friends and properly planned, Managed and organized from waste management till to the power and water supply. I wish to visit again soon.😊
if you talk about the exchange rate, then basically Singapore is expensive compared to most Asian countries and Australia. But if you do not convert, Singapore is basically very cheap in terms of transport, food, groceries and stuffs. Not many things cost above 3 digits, unless it's meant to cost that much.
I’m Singaporean and I’m hardly surprised that the British tourists said Singapore is not expensive. It’s coz when you convert your pounds to SGD, it’s a walk in the park for y’all. I feel like a millionaire when I’m in Malaysia for the same reason. It’s all relative. On the same note, nationals from around the Asian and Asia pacific region will never find Singapore inexpensive let alone cheap.
The car is also VERY expensive like for example in Singapore their simple Toyota is 200,000 dollars but in other countries a honda is around 20,000 but in Singapore 20,000 dollars can only buy a motorbike 😮😅
Let's say is your second (or third) trip to Singapore. You check into your favourite hotel and dine at your favourite restaurants, drop by your favourite clubs in the evening. Next morning have breakfast Ya Kun (or at the food centres), and spend the rest of the day at your own leisure. This is the kind of customised travel experience that attracts people to revisit Singapore (or any country). l have seen people take a flight here just to satisfy their craving, and fly back the next day. When you decide to visit a new place you need to find things to do, and not wait to be entertained.
I remember I was sketching the landscape in the Singapore Botanic Garden and this PRC came down and sat beside me. He said my sketching is nice and he recommended me a China artist back in his country. He keeps saying that the artist is the best in the world and keeps pushing me to go see that artist and learn that artist's style. I said I considered. Before he left, he insisted I go and learn this artist's style. It is the first and last time I ever went to the garden for sketching.
Singapore is compact but far from boring. It is predictable in a good way. Where ever u go you will find cleanliness, orderlinesss and an abundance of good to great food. There is so much to discover and enjoy without having to travel much.
The little pink didn't answer the last two questions...on record they are not suppose to praise another country as "better" than their motherland for fear of repercussion when they return to China. She felt the weather "a little....(cold?)". Hence, she is wearing two layers of clothing?

I am surprised that none of the tourists said one VERY important thing about Singapore. My boyfriend is from Geneva he often told me this - not many country that you can you walk ALONE at 3am feeling SAFE ! Not any country you can leave your wallet and phone on the table at hawker and you go buy drinks !
I agree. This feeling of comfort, calm and security is very important to me and many people. Moreover, this is throughout the city, and not just in the central and tourist areas. During my entire stay in Singapore, I did not have the slightest stress or nervous tension.
Need to find something to do in Singapore so that you wont feel bored. There are many activities to do in Singapore for example busking, sports, martial arts, social work, volunteer and etc. Scenery in Singapore cant compare to other countries because of the small size. You cant see mountains and waterfall in the country. It is like a city in a garden. Singapore has been my home for more than 30 years, and I am still content with my life there. I have a slight disapproval of the country as a whole. The government is very stable and not corrupted.
@@Swizzyinsg so funny some of the people you interviewed said everything expensive when I can get a nice good meal at $5 in Singapore . Transport is also cheap in Singapore . If singapore is a bigger country like China, Australia, Canada, nz it will be interesting to live there. As many things can be an attraction over a long period of time. But reality is, too small for me.
The good thing about it being small is that every attraction or destination you want to go to, can be reached in a relatively short time compared to country with huge expanse of land.
Agree that singapore is small to explore nature but there are alot great world class in door activity like classical music, drone lights indoor forest with waterfall in airport all free. And your currency makes it affordable to travel anywhere at least once a yr so yeah singapore make do with the small island but its very convenient for everyday travel
Most tourists just venture to the known places in Singapore. They have little time to explore SG hidden gem places, so I quite understand when they say SG is boring. There are many activities in SG beside eating and shopping.I can't blame them when they only stay 2/3 days in SG and then travel to other regions.Too bad, they should have stay a little bit longer and explore more places in Singapore
Agreed far from boring when you consider how much is on offer but people I think are unaware like the many islands to visits which I must do. I'm not talking about sentosa either. Hidden gem which I doubt many tourists go to is tiger balm Gardens also I personally went out of my way to visit changi prison chapel & museum
Singapore is both expensive and also can be rather cheap making a stop-over or a week of Tourism also a great way to move / travel to Malaysia via road or coach buses. . i have had once often travelled through / via Singapore on my way to PRChina, and the stopover visits had been one of the highlights of the Business Trip, which were always great via Singapore Airlines, with a free Singapore Stop-over or free connection onwards.
I am from China. I like Singapore very much. Although it is true that prices have risen a lot in recent years... If one thing I have to say "dislike" and that would be the weather, it's been just way very hot and humid all year round...
SG is a Good Country For Indians it is clean and easy to acclimatize with similar hot weather, Good South Indian food ,Public transport and Places of Worship available. The downside is Income to expense ratio, Getting PR, and Owning a Car ,one can Subtly notice the superlative's usages like Biggest freshest Largest in all amusement parks. There are buses Instead of covering small distances rounds the entire city . some bus no SMRT bedok to Jurong takes 2 hrs for 20 min in Car drive. You got to travel to HK,KL or Goldcoast AUS Otherwise you may feel like Ball comes of the wall always inside the city..Teh tharik is sweetner used not milk
What an interesting street interview but unfortunately have spotted some comments being written faking the tone of a Singaporean, and they are from TW & MY(they are even more active in Mandarin YT channels).Funny enough, the main difference is that comments from TW mostly target at CN while those from MY targeting at SG. All views & opinions from the tourists are welcomed and respected, there is always room for improvement, thank you.
What strikes me most in Singapore is how people with different religions and races live so peacefully together. It’s not unusual to see a pagoda near a mosque near a church near and Hindu temple. That’s an unbelievable achievement!
@@jennifersun2638always the same old excuse. Compare land area vs population ratio , China is not overpopulated, , or compare police vs population ratio, China could be highest.
Food in China is usually greasy n will have 2nd thoys eating it. There's a lot of salt in it, you'll feel it after you come home, with headaches n stuff. It's great as its cheap though like shenzen. But dun expect hk food standards.😅
I’m coming to Singapore next weeks mind of soubt about my trip now. At first I was very excited but after watching a lot of the vlog from other youtuber, I think it would be boring, beside the main attraction Garden by the Bay and Marinas Bay. Will update after i visit.
Singapore is boring not because there isn't anything to do but because majority of the day it's too hot and humid to do much, other than stay indoors mostly in the malls which are pretty plain and standardized compared to malls in say Bangkok. Thats the reason. In other global cities, you can go to parks, walk through the city, hiking, go to beaches, watch sporting activities, visit street fair etc etc all during the day while still having the same options to do everything else in the evening or when things are cooler like in Singapore. It's not the fun and activities but the safety, efficiency and cleanliness that makes Singapore one of the best place to live in for me.
@@Swizzyinsg Everyone has personal preferences. Just talking about broader population, first heatwave right now is literally killing people across SE Asia, second statistically in Singapore majority dont go outside in the heat during the day. Third, humidity will drench you in sweat if you walk more than 1km outside when its hot. Not even the heat but the humidity makes it hard to stay outside.
Asians in general dont like heat & when travel you want comfort and i dont expect tourist to go hawker. Maybe once for the experience. Outside hawker u cant find anything cheaper than 7.9
Singapore is quite expensive sometimes like in orchard those cities. In fact, i am a Singaporean and their cars is like BOOM so freaking expensive a simple Toyota for 200,000 but in other countries like US, honda for 20,000 i think and 20,000 only can buy motorbike in Singapore 😅😅😅. Maybe because the government dont want a lot if traffic on the road like in Singapore there is hardly any traffic jam
Nice insight if you can get em to say prices too. Like when most of them say its expensive. 🫡 wonder if tourists avoid the local coffeeshops causw they feel the food is of less quality. But its significantly cheaper though and we have good quality health good standards for every shop too
Avoiding coffeeshop becos it’s really humid and in general asian don’t like sun. And the toilets condition in Singapore coffee shops are totally opposite from those in malls 😂
Expensive?…. Many people either don’t realize or are just not thinking. Prices here are in SING DOLLARS, so a $12 SGD Beer is only $9 USD…. Basically you can subtract about 25-30 percent! Once you see it that way things aren’t as bad as they seem…?
Normally, people will be polite in their comments. I guess SG does not have everything being a small city State. Food is OK , ther e is variety but each is somehow limited as traditional food disappearing from hawker centre. What we do well is how the country is being governed City planing infrastructure, public transport, safety...
In the 4 days I spent in Singapore the first night was already more expensive than my week in thailand with MTR tourist pass, Sim and hotel for just one night. I visited Universal, Sentosa, Gardens by the bay, Marina bay and Jewel so the main attractions in just a few days. The people were not that friendly closed off and all business and keep it moving. Even the cashiers and service could barely crack a smile or thank you. The expats i interacted with said the place is dull after a while and they are just here for tue money. The place is beautiful but lacks so much energy and soul with all the meticulous rules. Definitely a place I wouldn't settle in due to the expenses of living and that I would be bored after a month
it is good for business and not tourism it is meant for others to have the exciting niche, cheaper niche, beautiful niche, ... singapore is just the brain storming face storm niche - Meetings and conventions
@@Swizzyinsg No doubt it is scenic in China but I do not feel comfortable with people from China as I have very bad experience with them. Most of them have the thinking that China is the best, calling all Chinese in the world ‘people of China’, talk in the same way as the Chinese lady in the video, having minimum exposure to the world (the internet in China is actually an intranet) and yet showing arrogance as if they know everything.
I wouldn't say that I will avoid travelling to China but it certainly won't be my top list to go. I did travel to China before with tour guide. They brought us to the hometown of Mao. There is a statue of Mao there and they ask all of us tourist to Praise China by shouting out loud. This make me wanting to go back to my country straight away. We are not even citizen of China yet they ask all of us to do that.
It's very boring if cost of travel, food and a commodation are the main killer. In China, everything seems far cheaper so most ppl can afford to travel, shop and spend money on food etc and kill time.
@@Swizzyinsg Yes been there a couple times. Food, scenery and shopping were great. People not so. They're known to be very self-centered/selfish people with no respect and empathy for others (not all but enough to make me feel that way)
There's no point asking all these questions. I know you are doing it just to create your own channel. But I can tell you people (except for that couple from China, yeah yeah, who else, right?!) will not usually tell you the truth even if they feel negatively about Singapore. They are just being nice and polite, or respecting the country. I cannot believe that one said she likes the Singapore weather. Really? Then later she said she could stand the humidity. Hmm.... I also cannot believe how those who come from Europe could say they like the Singapore streets. Hahaha.... Singaporeans like me cannot wait to always travel to the REALLY BEAUTIFUL streets in Europe! They have more character there. I know because I am a photographer. It's always challenging finding nice places to shoot. In Europe, wow.... I could stand at some corner and very likely, I would get a pretty good shot of something. :)
I think they were referring to it being clean and organized and uncluttered...I remember my first trip to Rome, I was surprised with all the graffiti and trash...
As a native Singaporean, Singapore is clean in tourist area and not the HDB housing areas. Clean has to apply across the board. This was what LKY always say when he was alive.
Lol no one had anything interesting to say about. This is what happens when you brag about economy, cleanliness and 1-party government. There is no homegrown creativity and outlet for people to exist. Everything is clearcut in Singapore and that makes Bangkok and KL more interesting to visit, people aren't shackled to the ground.
I am Malaysian. I visited Singapore once during primary school as a graduation trip. The feeling at that time was that Singapore was really super boring. Most of what Singapore has, Malaysia also has, and even far better than them. Moreover, their tourist areas are mostly artificially created. It's really boring. Therefore, Malaysians generally don't go to Singapore for travel. Most of the time, they go there for work. Malaysians generally prefer to travel to Thailand, especially to Hatyai and Phuket island.
It’s unfair to say that SG is boring as MY is x450 times larger. If you compare the same built-up size of both the countries’ city area or attraction points, there is even more to explore in SG. Don’t use the word artificial, even the 7 wonders of the world were also man-made, none of the cities in the world are natural. Its true that most Malaysians don’t prefer travelling in SG, since there are high similarities between both countries and it is also damn costly. Both nations have strong brotherly ties, your comment against our neighbour is incorrect & inappropriate.
Chill all. The key word is last time. I get where malaysians coming from. Back then before mbs. Alot has changed now. But of course to have both nature n indoor singapore might not be top of choice with its strong currency. But if safety its a concern then singapore is top of the list.
How ironic... I'm a pure born singaporean but living in Switzerland, zurich and you're swiss but in Singapore 😂... I miss home n going back for a holiday years end
True, Singapore is like a district in Shanghai, I rather go to China and experience 100 Singapore 😅. Traveled for business didn’t realize it’s a size of a prefecture not a real “country” in terms of size. Super expensive for everything, service is based on money and wealth, very little human interactions. I didn’t like it much since there is too little too do.
Also although Singapore is 70 percent ethnic Chinese by heritage. They get really upset when you bring up their ancestry and like to be called Singaporean. I learned that the hard way😅
I carnt agree with everyone views about the expense there. I'm in Australia & firstly public transportation is incredibly cheap even the taxi's are only a third of the price they are here. Food is also inexpensive even at restaurants not just hawker centres. . As far as I'm concerned the o ly expensive thing is alcohol which is extremely expensive for whatever reason I do not know. No disrespect to Chinese people but you were completely wasting your time interviewing them. And so predictable with their answers. Thanks for video

Thank you for sharing! I hope to visit Nepal one day🫶☺️😊
Singapore is really safe some years back while burning midnight oil for studies, i wanted a snack at nearby 7-11, mom said its around 2am it might still be unsafe for solo female, i went and on my way i saw solo female jogging along the road footpath, i told my mom that and said she worried too much lol.

It really depends on what you prefer if you wish to visit Singapore.
What I like about Singapore:
1. Safety and efficiency (Buses and Trains are well connected)
2. Very diverse culture (Chinese, Malay, Indian, Eurasian, Nyonya, etc.)
3. A small city where you can get almost everything (Most of the international brands are here)
4. Affordable
- From a local point of view - DO NOT BUY WATER FROM 7-ELEVEN UNLESS NECESSARY! It's more affordable to buy from the supermarkets such as Fairprice, Giant, Sheng Siong, Prime
- Eating at hawker centers
What I do not like about Singapore
1. The weather is humid
2. Expensive*
Hotels: I can't dispute on this, it's expensive as compared to the neighbouring countries.
Restaurants: Be prepared to fork out additional 10% service charge + 9% GST. However, no tipping is required.
Taxis: Yes, it's not going to be cheap, just stick with the bus/MRT
If you are travelling on tight budget, you may not enjoy Singapore as much compared to your home country. However, if you are willing to splurge a bit, you'll be amazed by the things you can experience in Singapore.
Woow thank you so much for sharing! Agree on everything especially NR. 4!

Hotels in Paris more expensive.
People who buy water are clowns.

I've lived here all my life. I've yet to find it boring! How you continue to be curious, to learn and discover things about this small island is quite amazing. There is still yet more to find out about - our history and the context of its people is deeper than what most people think.

@@mamamememooyeah, well... in other countries like Japan (a hot fave destination for most), their culture has been exoticised in minds of people for a long time, and their country's culture can be seen very clearly on the first level as a tourist. Definitely a place I wouldn't settle in due to the expenses of living and that I would be bored after a month
it is good for business and not tourism
it is meant for others to have the exciting niche, cheaper niche, beautiful niche, ... singapore is just the brain storming face storm niche - Meetings and conventions
@@engchoontan8483 i love sg🇸🇬
I lived in Singapore as a baby & am really looking forward to visiting again. It doesn't look boring to me!
It isnt!! Enjoy💖😊
“China is good !” …. Hahaha … it is a country which I would try to avoid travelling to.
Really? Why?
@@Swizzyinsg No doubt it is scenic in China but I do not feel comfortable with people from China as I have very bad experience with them. Most of them have the thinking that China is the best, calling all Chinese in the world ‘people of China’, talk in the same way as the Chinese lady in the video, having minimum exposure to the world (the internet in China is actually an intranet) and yet showing arrogance as if they know everything.
@@andrinaleong4079 thank you for sharing!
@@Swizzyinsg because China has no CANING so he doesn't feel good
ahh the weather is so hot.. i'm sweating even with my fans on
I love the weather😄
It's very boring if cost of travel, food and a commodation are the main killer. In China, everything seems far cheaper so most ppl can afford to travel, shop and spend money on food etc and kill time.
The good thing abt Singapore is tht everything works wonderfully well compared to the rest of the of the world. Do you agree?

@@Swizzyinsg Yes been there a couple times. Food, scenery and shopping were great. People not so. They're known to be very self-centered/selfish people with no respect and empathy for others (not all but enough to make me feel that way)
Humidity? We fixed that with Jewel and Cloud Forest
Hmmm wdym?

This survey is actually to show us which nationality is the nicest and which isn't 😂
As a native Singaporean, Singapore is clean in tourist area and not the HDB housing areas. Clean has to apply across the board. This was what LKY always say when he was alive.
Well, who is the one littering? After sweeping, another lot of litter rains down from the upper floors, a worker said. So, who's to blame?
Agree! But I think it is super clean
Which HDB housing areas are not clean? Workers Party's wards?? Lol

Disagree! So much great food and things to do here!

Ya but no AC. Heatstroke in this weather
A small country of course has its limitations. But everything has its positives.
I think there are so many things to do! Maybe you find inspo in my videos ;)
Chill all. The key word is last time. I get where malaysians coming from. Back then before mbs. Alot has changed now. But of course to have both nature n indoor singapore might not be top of choice with its strong currency. But if safety its a concern then singapore is top of the list.
If you are claustrophic, avoid SG.
Yes I agree
Singapore is a tiny island and despite its Wonders and Marvels the size outsmuscles everything else.

I agree that singapore can be boring, but it's a great place to live and work for 1st world expats.
I learned that the hard way😅
Ty for sharing!
Pls go to China then! 😂
You should visit Malaysia.
I have!!
If you are a urbaner you will like Singapore, if you like a quiet and rural life then Singapore is not for you.
Super boring. Nothing here. Not like china so many things going on in a place so beautiful

In Singapore we never have to worry that our food might be cooked using 地沟油 (sewage oil).

Singapore is a country for 3 days
Disagree
@@Swizzyinsg you can but it does not change the fact that for 80% of tourists it is a country only where they need to change plane and they stay there only for a while. 50% reaction of them is something like " good that we escaped ". Life there is comfortable for a person who likes monotony. I know you have " pink glasses" for this country but maybe tell about disadvantages. Tell about how loud this country is, about air pollution, about car prices - this is funny fact ( you cant even buy a car normally and you need pay for perrmision - do you want track? NO, ITS ONLY FOR PEOPLE WHO HAVE COMPANY ), about houses for 99 years, about society pressure and many other things. Singapore is something like living in golden cage, but its still cage.
Singapore is a small country. Why Singaporean need to get upset about it? 2-3 days is plenty and it is nothing wrong with it. So stop getting angry if the fact and try to prove otherwise. It makes you look silly.
Singapore is indeed a boring destination to visit. It was fun the first visit but i would return for quite some time. Nothing much to do accept for shopping and eating.
