The tornado is wildly underrated.
Facts, played a sim match in an f14 with a tornado on the other team. He was slapping EVERYTHING out of the sky

Fun. Might be my Italian 104 experience translating into the Tornado ADV.
My best game was 8 kills. 7 missile hits and 1 kill with the gun.
In my opinion viggen is much more competent 11.3
The Viggen in sim with TWS at 11.3 is a monster. No one else except the M2k and F14 have TWS...Fish in a barrel

I learned BVR on that thing and honestly, had a blast all the way. It's one of the few planes I fly high past 11.0. No one sees missiles coming from above in higher tiers...
As someone who just played the 104 G and skipped the 104 s yes it definitely helps also yeah you can get good games with even just the missles and the gun has hit hard for me everytime I can hit a shot
low altitude hit and runs is such a fun tactic I did this a lot with the mig 23 MLD I had a blast

German tornado has no radar missile and has less aim 9 L s
yeah the germans only got strike veriants of the tornado so your only real option when it comes to fighters is the mig 29's

I LOVE THIS THING, and its wildly capable radar, TWS at 11.3 is nuts, also a fully digital RWR? it essentially means you always know what you are going up against and should know how to deal with it. also many countermeasures!
So...only downside is the flight model?
Hey, Matt. I tried out this strategy. It works pretty well, but there is a catch; you're pretty depending on your team, specially in any sort of uptier.
I would give it a 8/10, getting some Milk out of a rock with this strategy, good work.
I just don't understand why they put the AMX before this, instead of the F-104. The AMX felt amazing and I loved the grind with it. Then I unlocked the Tornado and I was immediatly disappointed. They should honestly put the F-104S and S.ASA before the Tornado and put the AMX on the F-16 ADF line.
Current SUPERtemp can* take down an enemy at 15 km under perfect circumstances. This plane is underrated

According to various sites, the F.3 can use AIM 120 and has used it for a long time.
I don't think the Tornado will stay at 11.3 when Fox 3 comes.
yeah and it couldn't use them effectively or take advantage of all its features. Lets not give this plane some sort of magical powers it doesnt have

Yeah but Tornado are bad modelised like many British/French planes. He have so weak acceleration especially without PC!

Were you saving skyflashes for the next game or something? You still had 2 of them and at very least there was 4 100% opportunities to use them and score, yet you opted for the guns in 3/4 scenarios. That F16 was also a solid option for skyflash - he was way 2 high to dodge it, maybe there was not enough time to launch after you’ve noticed him though.
Great payload and incredible rate fighter, although it's a little slow and fuel thirsty

8 missile bus with ok flight characteristics for 11.3. Its ok.
10/10 times I would much rather fly a 11.7 mirage though, either the c4 or c5, 2 free kills from magic is worth facing 12.7
Tornado with 2 37mm upgraded engine better missiles would be so fun to play
go play the La-200 if you want fast 37mms

I had a couple good games I had a 6 kill game and a 5 kill game a couple days ago but it's practically useless in a full uptier I literally just leave the match in that case
Weak… you’re fast and have good missiles and plenty of countermeasures which is all you need at top tier arb.
@@PvtPartzz you face R-27s, AAM-3s and many aircraft that can outspeed and outturn you in a full uptier. all you've got is 4 9Ls, while everyone else has better missiles

@ConnorGadson it's great in a downtier. In a uptier not so much. I'm here to have fun not be forced to play so passively that i have no battle presence.

I wish f1c had better radar missiles
They were buffed a little bit not long ago, sometimes it can work against chaff. Also now it has 2 top or missiles, it is alright like this for 11.3

@@arphenti2502 tell me another 11.3 who has it? Mig 23ml has 2 good radars, but it is easier to counter than 2 magics. Its r-60 is a joke. This tornado should be 11.7 as japanese phantom.
I was playing F-1 before the magic and flight performance buffs and that was horrible. Now he is ok in comparison with migs23 and F-4s
F1CT for a true hud and a true moden RWR! F1C just have a belly missile more than him.

Tornado's were one of the most begged planes and when they came finally, surprise surprise, they SUCK! the true brick with wings!

I have a 3 k/d ratio in the tornado and UK is the only nation I have researched, VS stuff like mig 23 MLS... Well you can't do anything, but in general it's pretty good
