I admit I got a soft spot for these two. They're such an unique concept for a villain, even among Batman's colorful rogues gallery. Plus I always feel a bit sad for the Ventriloquist. Poor guy is basically bullied by his own split personnality.

I always enjoyed your old tributes to Batman villains in all their versions so it’s very nice to see another one! Plus I love the Ventriloquist and Scarface especially how they were portrayed in Batman TAS and The Batman. It is a pity they never appeared in the Arkham games though. Great work.
I agree, a real shame that it has been so little used. My favorite version is that of The Batman, also because we can say that The Batman is the Spectacular Spiderman of Batman for me. I am very attached to it because it was my childhood and also because this is how I discovered this whole world.

The Dummy is made from cursed wood found in Blackgate Penitentiary and a prisoner forged the dummy out of it and gave it to the guy as a present while he was in there for fraud I believe, then it came alive and because the guy is spineless, he does as he's told.
