To recap the main points of this video, I still believe that we will see a continuation move to the upside on a daily timeframe over 40k soon, so my analysis hasn't changed at all with regards to that. This video more so focuses on the general idea that one shouldn't buy at the top end of a range when price is already extended but instead take entries in the bottom quadrant of a range in the context of an uptrend. This current push up very well might be the one that breaks out of the range but that doesn't make buying the top of a range a good idea.
