I have this monitor and nite vision camera. No on/off button. Comes on with power. You connect it to the reverse lights through the fuse block. When you go into reverse it automatically turns on. Screen is visible during the day but is dim in bright light. Has great nite vision capability but is not HD. Unit has no buttons at all except the monitor open button.
Good morning ............ I bought a monitor like this here in my country (Brazil) and I needed some information about the product like: 1) When I turn on the power of this monitor, does it give me any sign that it is working? 2) Can I make this product a CCTV camera test? 3) Does it not have an On / Off switch (button)? Thankful and I am waiting for an answer.
I have a large 7" lcd monitor I have mounted on a grip go. Its hooked up to my reverse light. I was just wondering, what does this screen look like when there is no signal, but there is power? My 7" screen is an annoying blue. As such I use a remote to turn it on when I want to use it, and swap it into reverse to make the signal swap to av2. Problem is, that takes time. If this screen looked turned off whilst it had no signal, it would be perfect.
Bought this screen from eBay and fitted it to my car. After a month the spring loaded mechanism failed and the screen is now stuck in the closed position. The design isn't suitably sturdy to be flipped up and closed each time you use reverse gear.

Does the screen stay on at all times? Even if the screen is folded down?
How to turn off camera guidelines?

can you make it so it just shows what's on the radio screen and have the camera separate?
Does it have the IR filter removed on the lens so you can see at night?
You can just remove it yourself

Does it auto rotate if mounted upside down?
@@commentcommenter3529 i dont think it is, for they will tell it here in the video
Thank goodness there's no Five Nights at Freddy's comments.
It's possible to mount it "up side down" near the mirror ? Can rotate vision ?
just install the camera upsidedown
@@joshkhali8970 if you do that, the ground and heaven will appear inverted to your screen. People will look like upsidedown.
What power source did you use for this test?
I have tried to hook mine up to two different 12v power sources with no luck.
yes same problem.
Any fix?
I never allow pressure to pull me down.
+abiodun aruleba ok
At last someone talking ,but no point would be nice to know how to set it up in a car
It is with gps also?
Its a monitor for cameras.. Not a navigator
I don't know what you've been watching on your monitor, but I don't think there's any real reason t be discrete. ;D
