Amazing this video! Thanks a million!!!

This video is the most comprehensive guide I have found. Thank you so much. This will be reference for me until I feel comfortable with my skills. 💪🏾💪🏾
That’s great to hear! Thank you for the feedback
Wonderful class teacher, Well appreciated.
Thank you for the feedback!
thank you! I just got this application and a bit lost. Great tutorial! ❤
You're welcome, I hope it helps and reach out if you have questions @FinalCutProHelp FinalCutProHelp@AnAwesomeGuide.com
I saw this video 1 year ago when i first purchased my iPad and understood very few. Now, one year after editing my own RUclips (travel) videos! I understand most of it! And planning to use newfeatures shown in this video. Nevertheless im feeling FCP for iPad is quite short to all i want to do! Tryed some tutorials of davinci resolve and got overwhelmed.
Hope you could show more hyper advanced editing in FCP For iPad since i saw there are not many new features in the new versión is being released these days.
Thank you for your video again
Thank you for the feedback and happy to hear your editing skills are advancing! When it comes to editing on Final Cut Pro, the macOS version has much more compared to the iPad version. Is there a specific set of features you’re interested in?
@@FinalCutProHelp Yes! Animated subtitles, or titles, those that appear behind and you in front. Better coloring (the LUTs included are very awful) . Me appearing small and big while speaking (like during tutorials), how to color or enhance post productions all at once, advice on better letters styles including shadows or … you know what i mean. Something that looks nice. And all little details you consider to take our edditions to the next level.
As for now ill keep using FCP for iPad since i dont have a mac and licence for desktop is 5 times more expensive.
Those are all great ideas and I will consider them for future videos. If you do get a Mac in the future, check out the free FCP trial. The good news with that is if you really get into it, the desktop version is a one time purchase (at least as of right now)
This is amazing and has answered ALL the questions I had about Final Cut Pro for iPad, as well as some questions I didn’t know I had!!! Thank you for creating this video which no doubt took an extraordinary amount of time to develop, and doesn’t exist in this amount of detail for newbs like myself -anywhere-especially since you have to PAY for their user information-(🤷🏻♀️😟).
Just superb! I hope to edit my next video tonight on FCP rather than on a mix of editing platforms! 🙏🏻❤️🤗
Happy to hear that! Thank you for taking the time to leave such a detailed review. If you want to share, drop a link to your next video for us to watch
@@FinalCutProHelp hey, thanks! I may do that! 😂👍🏻✨
Very well done Jared. Definitely the best and most in-depth I’ve seen 👍🏻.
Thank you for the feedback, hope it helped. If you give the desktop version a try, check out this video: anawesomeguide.com/finalcut/
Just bought myself a iPad Pro. This app looks ideal.😊
Definitely worth trying out. Last I checked there is still a 1 month free trial for first time subscribers
really appreciate the time and effort taken to make this detailed video. thank you.
i shoot a lot of high speed stuff, 120fps 4k. would these clips behave in the same way here in ipad pro like automatic speed in fcpx? thank you in advance.
You’re welcome. Yes, there is a Clip Speed section in the Inspector that includes an Automatic Retime among other options that are similar, if not identical, to the behavior from the desktop version.
@@FinalCutProHelp appreciate the fast response and help. 🙏🏽
Can you please 🙏 make more Final Cut tutorials for iPad
I have not received many requests for more but will certainly consider it. Is there anything specific you’d like to see in a future tutorial?
@@FinalCutProHelp many people bought iPads when the hear that Final Cut Pro will be on iPads. But there aren’t tutorials in RUclips i believe it will be good to make some beginner basics like cuts transitions exporting settings and etc. you are amazing and your channel is underrated you worth more
Thank you for the feedback
I have a question about working directly from an external drive rather than importing clips on an iPad Pro M4 - similar to LumaFusion. It was mentioned in the keynote that this is now possible, but I don’t see any options for that in the UI which only references importing. My iPad is the 512gb version, of which about 256gb is available - which is far too small for my projects.
I much prefer the UI of FCP to Luma Fusion and am more familiar with it from the desktop, so if possible I would like to use FCP as my main iPad video editing software. But that ability is a must-have to do so.
My understanding is the functionality you’re referring to is part of Final Cut Pro 2 on iPad. They mentioned it in the keynote but have not released that version as of now. I’m not sure when they plan to release it but hopefully soon, maybe at WWDC
@@FinalCutProHelp Thank you so much! I’ll keep my fingers crossed that it will be launched for WWDC since that’s 10 days away
@@spacecadet-zero me too. Their press release said “Final Cut Pro for iPad 2 will be available later this spring” and the end of spring is nearing
@spacecadet-zero wasn’t WWDC be we finally get the update today
@@FinalCutProHelp Thanks for the update! I was bummed it wasn’t released at WWDC and the radio silence on when it would be out
Any idea why my voice sounds so much lower in a video when I import it in to FCP? its so strange… I need to speed it up to 104% to make myself sound somewhat normal. I keep looking at all the settings… I’m not seeing anything!
Might be helpful to check out the project settings (info inspector) and compare those with the original clip. There might be a frame rate mismatch between the project and clip that’s causing the playback issue. anawesomeguide.com/project/
Hello sir, how can I recovery deleted project/video in final cut pro for ipad?
There are multiple ways to incorporate a backup plan into your workflow. Recovery depends on how you're creating backups. Apple, the developers of Final Cut Pro for iPad, provide this page on their website that includes links to additional details depending on the backup option: support.apple.com/guide/final-cut-pro-ipad/back-up-projects-and-timelines-dev49e6feccf/ipados
I am trying to sign up to stage manager and its saying invalid phone number?
I'm not sure I understand the issue. Feel free to send me a screenshot or more details via email FinalCutProHelp@AnAwesomeGuide.com. I'm an individual (not Apple, developer of Final Cut Pro). If you're having issues with downloading Final Cut Pro, you may need to reach out to the Apple, developers of Final Cut Pro
I am trying to follow along with your video and create an account with Stage Manager, and while trying to sign up it says invalid phone number? Final Cut Pro installed with no problem.
@@jonathanellingwood8275 can you point me to the time in this video that you’re trying to follow? I’m not sure what you would be signing up for to use Stage Manager
6:20, it was a suggestion.
Maybe there’s an issue with an iCloud account but I’m not sure on that one. I checked some of the documentation from Apple and couldn’t find why that message would appear. This is where they detail stage manager: support.apple.com/105075
Sorry, but this was immensively boring and overcomplicated, of course... I do have a lot of experience with Capcut and Premier Pro, so it's not like Final Cut Pro is too complicated... but I think this "guide" could have been a lot shorter and simpler, with less of a monotome voice-over.
No apologies needed, I appreciate the feedback and hope you got something out of the video regardless
Curious to read this on a 73 subscribers channel. This kid needs to learn a bit more of emphaty
@@viajaconcharlie What does subscribers have to do with anything? How extremely unintelligent are you, to write such a dumbass comment... wauw. People now a days... calling everyone "bro" "kid" trying to act superior and as a bunch of "knows-it-alls"... yet, people now a days are dumber than ever and you just showed a clear example of that.
God, the stupidity.
