Great tutorial I learn a ton watching these. I can't believe these tutorials don't have tens of thousands of views. Makes me think Resolume is very much underrated atm.
In the section where you build the "SHREDDER", you connect the 'Random' node to the 'To Texture' node, but I am unable to do so myself. You connect a event out (SQUARE) to a signal in (CIRCLE), but for me the two are incompatible. How is it that you achieve this?
Hey! Thank you for this tutorial! It is truly amazing! But I have one question (might be my mistake in following the tutorial) it seems like the effect is staying active on alpha channel. for example I have video content that is not filling the whole comp and with all the effect you can see that it stays on alpha after turning the effect off, content works fine and stays good but everything that is on alpha stays on frozen frame. Is it any way to fix that?

Use the "Texture From Data" node instead. Recent updates have shuffled some of the node-names around a bit

also shredder is not shredding in arena but bending (looks quite cool tho) and in wire works as intended

Make sure the category in Wire is set correctly
