Tier 1 doesn't refer to how good the deck is it refers to how many people are using tenpai dragon, might be T0 based on usage rates we will need to see.
I've been theory crafting using the three cards that buffs xyz machines as materials to be sacrificed to Ariseheart. Can't be targeted, can't be destroyed, and makes the opponent's monsters be in defense position -1000 DEF. Current theory to reach that goal, small world. If you have one of the two main deck monsters in hand, you can use that to banish them and/or access the minor dogmatika engine for the third piece in the extra deck.
@@marwanus what I'm talking about are cards like Infinitrack Goliath with effects given when they are a material. I use dogmatika cards' cost of discarding from extra deck to get it out of the extra deck to get Goliath into Ariseheart's hands and use small world to banish the two main deck "if this card is material for xyz Machine give X effect" cards for Ariseheart to absorb.
"Explain this" Tier doesn't refer to the power of a deck, it simply refers to how many people are playing it. Tenpai might be T0. We will have to see based on usage rates soon.
