I got my lepliage in canvas which is from the energy line but I still think the nylon and canvas ones are slightly limited in dressing them up no ? Yes you can dress them up for a nice restaurant and going out type of dressy but let’s say a bridal shower or dressy brunch not so much. Though I don’t mind that, I can switch bags for something really dressier. If I’d go to a night club or a nice bar restaurant yeah I’d take my longchamp extra small but for real Dressy event I take my Chanel esque bag. Anyway we all usually do more the night club dressy or going to lunch with our friends type of dressy so longchamp nylon and canvas are perfect
I’m glad you made this video! You made great points about the Cuir line. The Rousseau line is probably more Lux than the Cuir bags…I agree with you. Between leather bags. The nylon quality is amazing from Longchamp!
Fantastic deal on the pink leather tote. Just saw it for $369 at Nordstrom Rack. Same tote in a gorgeous powder blue was $410-both on clearance, both the same size. I don’t understand their pricing. 🤔 Killed me to pass them up but I just can’t justify the prices 😢. Love your lemon yellow nylon tote. Thanks for sharing your thoughts.

I'm currently waiting for my first leather piece from longchamp, the beautiful orange coin purse (called le pliage xtra) and was looking for a comparison and voila your video turned up! I have both. Prefer the leather hands down. Why? Because the corners on the nylon wear thru if you use it often. No issues with the leather with more wear.
@@nickjsnecan you also avoid the tearing if you don’t put on laptops or iPads, ? I think what causes the wholes on corners is putting in really heavy stuff. Like the tablet, or computer but I might be wrong. I want to know how prevent the corners from having wholes since I’m having my very first longchamp I went for the energy XS lepliage. Which is 100 Dlls more expensive than the classic line, so if I only put in my wallet, phone and and sunglasses can I avoid the wholes in the corner happening ?
I am confused about what those personalized ones are made of. Are they like the nylon bags or some kind of canvas? I ordered one but now I worried it is going to be canvas and not the nylon.
