  • Puliyogare Recipe:
    How To Make Puliyogare Masala Powder:
    Ingredients:
    ● Chana dal - 2 TSP
    ● Urad dal - 1 TSP
    ● Methi - ½ TSP
    ● Pepper - 1 TSP
    ● Mustard - 1 TSP
    ● Coriander seeds - 3 TSP
    ● Cumin seeds - 2 TSP
    ● Curry leaves - 2 TSP
    ● Red chilli - 10/15
    ● White Sesame - ½ Cup
    ● Dry coconut - ½ Cup
    ● Turmeric - ½ TSP
    ● Hing ½ TSP
    Method:
    ● Keep the Pan on Medium Flame heat and Chana dal, Urad dal, Methi, Pepper, Mustard, Coriander seeds, Cumin seeds, Curry leaves one by one Make fry dry roast & Keep it side for 5 Minutes to cool it down.
    ● To same pan add White Sesame, fry dry roast and Keep it side for 5 Minutes to cool it down.
    ● Take pan & add Dry coconut fry dry roast keep a side.
    ● Take pan & Red chilli fry dry roast and keep side.
    ● Now Take a mixer jar add all Masala Ingredients and grind fine powder, Now add White sesame and Make fine powder.
    ● Now your Puliyogare Masala Powder is ready.
    How To Make Puliyogare gojju:
    Ingredients:
    ● Jaggery - 2 TSP
    ● Salt - 1 TSP
    ● Tamarind 3/4Cup
    ● Oil - 1/4 Cup
    ● Turmeric - ½ TSP
    ● Hing ½ TSP
    Method:
    ● Keep the Pan on High Flame heat & add tamarind with 2 cup water, Cook & Boil Well
    Now Strain(Remove the Seeds & fiber) Tamarind.
    ● Heat the pan add Tarmarind fine paste, Jaggery, Turmeric powder, Salt, Hing and add oil mix Cook Well, Boil Well until Oil come up on edges of pan.
    ● Now Puliyogare Gojju is ready.
    How To Make Puliyogare Rice:
    Ingredients:
    ● White Rice - ½ KG
    ● Oil - ½ Cup
    ● Mustard - ½ TSP
    ● Chana dal - 1 TSP
    ● Urad dal - ½ TSP
    ● Peanuts ½ Cup
    ● Cashew nuts - 5/10
    ● Jeera - 1 TSP
    ● Dry Red chilli - 2
    ● Curry leaves - 2 TSP
    ● Turmeric - ½ TSP
    ● Hing - 1/4 TSP
    ● Salt - 1 TSP
    Method:
    ● Keep the Pan on Medium Flame heat & add Oil, Mustard, Chana Dal, Urad Dal, Peanuts saute it well.
    ● Then add cashew nuts ,Jeera, Dry Red chilli, Curry leaves mix well.
    ● Add Turmeric powder, Hing and Salt, saute it well then add 1/2 cup Puliyogare Masala Powder and 1 big spoon Puliyogare Gojju & saute it well.
    ● Finally add rice & mix well.
    ● Now Puliyogare is ready to serve.
