Wow! This is a big job! Y’all are super hardworking guys! I’m glad you have such a good group of workers, I can tell there’s a lot of camaraderie and fun along with the hard work! Looking forward to the final videos of this project!❤❤❤
I like the way you edited this.... the time lapse and narration is perfecxt. Thanks for sharing this project with us.... I just wish part 3 was done already... lol.
Hard-Working crew getting it done making the money. I'm retired from a water department when you turn water back on you want to leave the first bib connection Open a little bit to blow out air. And let the customers know if they get air to turn their shower on they are the high points in the house will bleed the air out quicker if there is any
Bloody freaking legends 👏 full sending never lifting 😏🤙mobbin deep 🙌 yaeeyaae ty for the therapeutic video from life this is by far one of my favorite series you guys have ever created the vibes/editing is on a whole different level man you guys have come along ways since 2017!
25:00 I've been in one of those dumps and I had to run to the truck to get a mask because I couldn't breathe. I would have thought it would have been illegal not to have a good air extraction setup for the whole building? I was coughing and choking.
It is interesting that copper pipe is used for the water main outside of the house. Is that how it is usually done in your area? Also it is extremely shallow. Easy to damage it.
I'm no pro by any means, all you had to do was drop the bucket and it would have been fine. Yes it may have felt like it was going to go over for a brief second but it would have been fine. To start you should never carry a load that high, keep it as low as possible while moving, avoid the problem in the first place.
Tim Odell, I like that!! Stay tuned For part 2 as the neighbor will harass us some more😂! I wouldn't miss it for the world! " let's get ready to rumble!.
They bent the copper line 4' from the house 20:19 that's gonna become a slab leak. This wouldn't have passed city inspection; I don't think they got a permit.
Looking good guys - you handled all the curve balls just fine. Water lines can be a pain! Can't wait to see the pour. Any ideas a what we should get Scrooge (*grumpy neighbor) for Christmas? LOL!
My main street valve was also impossible to turn with the HD tool. I called the city and they put a shut off tool with a 4 foot handle on it. Two guys one on each side put a good amount of force on it until it finally shut off. There's no way my dinky tool was going to turn that sucker.
I did the same thing a couple of years ago during renovation to remove the old in ground pool. It is NOT cheap to call a big rig out ($500) just to stand it up right again
I have a question about the chalk lines up high on the stucco. Dod you pour up to that and was the inside floor below? I did not know you could embed stucco in perimeter concrete.
I say, yes, it is loud. Very loud. We are using jackhammers, removing concrete, with a diesel equipment. Then i go right back to it. No apologies needed.
I saw a beautiful sidewalk in MA. The concrete had a light color and it had something reflecting the light as if they added glitter to the concrete. How is this finish called?
Dude !, what is up with this neighbor?, you guys a doing a great job, hard work !, been there, done that, hopefully you don't have to call the cops on this neighbor, great video and looking forward to parts 3 and 4 ! Merry Christmas 🎅 🎄 to you and your crew !
why did you cover the water line BEFORE the water was turned back on? it would have made more sense to turn the water on first so you can visually check the pipe and solder connections for leaks instead of assuming its not leaking because you can't see the dirt getting wet. you can have a drop a minute leak which would take a long time to show the dirt getting wet.
Well now we all know that a 6’x6’ x6” slab of concrete weighs just a little more than a 1000lbs …..which is the capacity of the T100 bobcat….lol…. Proving that gravity is undefeated in the construction equipment industry.
Mr Odell last week you had a elderly male fall in his hip during a pour on the job Now you have another incident involving a 3 thousand pound machine that could have been disastrous for a family, We need to talk about your safety protocol 🤔🤔 and insurance financial business
holding that big piece wayyyy too high. of course it was going to tip. Bucket lowest to ground as possible at all times when in motion. skid steer operating 101
exactly! keeping the boom/bucket as low to ground as possible, while moving, is literally skid steer operating 101. shows how inexperienced he is with the machine
See how easily Enrique solved the skid-steer situation. Solid worker right there.
Problem solvers is what we are
Becareful babiiee 😂hell yea 🇲🇽
My man Shane stays doing the grunt work. Respect to Shane.
Two types of neighbors, you have the sonic boom 💥😂 and the neighbor that gets some work done as well 🤘🏼
I appreciate the camera angles. Also, excellent short telling.

I'm glad to see Frank Zappa is still alive and well!
Ha! I thought the same thing😮
Sounds awesome!
can't wait for the neighbor part

Appreciate it and yeah it’s a process but it’ll be ready by Wednesday next week

Great job crew 💪 lot of hard work on this BIG job. What was this a $30k job??? Thats a lot of mud to lay
Is that kink in the copper pipe at 20:18 to 20:20 ok to leave as is?
Wow I didn't see that, I went back and looked. I hope they replaced that piece. The kink is not ok!
I think it will eventually break open. It is a weak spot. It should have been done over.
It was replaced
@@OdellCompleteConcrete great!
@@OdellCompleteConcrete That's what I figured. You guys always do quality work.
Good choice of music 🎶

Can’t wait for pour day.
These men know wth there doing ,great prep job guys can't wait for the next vid.
Nice. I like these longer vids.
Next time use everflux and oatey solder , seems like that coupling took too much heat .if it held water it’s good 👍 .

That roll off driver wasnt happy about that overloaded box😂😂
Lucky the operator didn't going flying across the street. An S70 would never😉.
JK great work Odell 😂
Nice prep work
Great video man
Dude with the mohawk is a beast

Awesome work but when putting in water main your supposed to use Soft copper from meter to water service so you know 👍
I didn't know you could bury copper pipes under the ground. Great job!
It looked a lot shallow...
Shoutout to Enrique for the pro leak free soldering job.
Haha yeah he’s a good guy

Guys cranky!
That guy who freed the skid steer new name is 'Fulcrum Jones'.

why would you drive the loader with the load so high? Better yet why didn't you break the concrete into smaller chunks?
Good work
Some forks would be a great addition to your mt100. I got some for my s70 but as you know the lift capacity is like a 4’X4”X4" slab.
Yeah but before I get that I was a breaker
I say, yes, it is loud. Very loud. We are using jackhammers, removing concrete, with a diesel equipment. Then i go right back to it. No apologies needed.
Great work fellas! For running the pvc pipe under the sidewalk, is a permit required in the city of fountain valley?
I saw a beautiful sidewalk in MA. The concrete had a light color and it had something reflecting the light as if they added glitter to the concrete. How is this finish called?
Did you bury the water lines, then have the city turn the water on to check for leaks?
Sonic Boom!
Question on demo - would using the concrete saw help to cut it up, instead of all the sledge work?
How much were the city permits to go under sidewalks for drains
Good morning, the next time it starts to tip forward like that, lower the bucket
Turn left to open and right to close for all valves.

@OdellCompleteConcrete Thank you as well ! Great job and videos 📹
lefty loosey righty tighty on just about everything
What do ya'll do when you are not working? Surf in San Clemente? Skate? Mountain bike? Fish? Dirt bikes?
Customer has 4" fence block wall??
Lol. Just let the boom down
It was trying to flip forward
@ obviously. Still all you had to do was let the boom down and the machine would’ve lowered itself lol
cool
Get the hilti 3000 light. But powerful
Where is your concrete saw?
So do you guys work in Los Angeles? North of LAX .
They occupy all of Orange county and La County area
@@albertocristi9571I’m so confused. Didn’t they just say they moved to Arizona a handful of videos ago? But they still work in CA? Am I mistaken?
@@craigeslim7212they expanded to work in the two counties and Arizona. David does the Arizona videos and his sons are in California doing the videos.
@@albertocristi9571thanks for the explanation!
Yeah we can
Let me guess, the truck parked right on the property line is the neighbors?
👍👍
Ya don't need a pound of flux per connection..a little coating is sufficient.
California toothpick to the rescue😊

@@JonnyDIY i hope so otherwise that would be insane to do.
We checked the line before covering
had to hide those hideous looking joints

That's going to be on part 3. let's get ready to rumble!
Couldn’t you just lower the bucket?
First 👍
Third 🫠
4th 🤣
5th also 🖐️👍
Are you not braking your dad’s rule about pouring concrete Omer the weep screen? Isn’t that going to cause flooding with wind driven rain?
This house didn’t have a weep screed so I went off the floor height of the home and stayed below that
the neighbor again? 🤦♂ hahaha
With these concrete jobs, one will never understand why you need your backyard overlaid with a thick layer of concrete......
Mr Odell last week you had a elderly male fall in his hip during a pour on the job Now you have another incident involving a 3 thousand pound machine that could have been disastrous for a family, We need to talk about your safety protocol 🤔🤔 and insurance financial business
Hahaha, elderly... I bet Doug loves that title.
You usually here of people shitting there pant in times like that learned a lesson counterweight wasn't heavy enough glad no one hurt only pride
All you had to do was move the arm down
It was trying to flip forward when we did that
Why can't some people mind their own business??...I'm talking about the neighbour.
Part one, Tim Odell said he has a Trump sign in front.
holding that big piece wayyyy too high. of course it was going to tip. Bucket lowest to ground as possible at all times when in motion. skid steer operating 101
I’ve never seen buried copper pipe. I guess that is cause it’s -29 C here today.
I operated heavy equipment for some years, you never carry a heavy load up high like that. Keep it low and you'll be safe.
exactly! keeping the boom/bucket as low to ground as possible, while moving, is literally skid steer operating 101. shows how inexperienced he is with the machine
