It's not necessary to remove the window. I did mine by just dropping the window down to the bottom of the door then raising it back up into the tracks. It will save you the trouble of removing the window
I see you removed the regulator with the window fully up and taped. So I assumed you could install the new regulator right off. Why was this not done? What am I missing? Thanks

Can I ask why didn’t you show how you removed the door panel
because the phone was charging but it's easy to remove it just takes like five screws and unplug the window switches

@@buckeye9252 no 3 Phillips at the bottom right middle and left.
I 30 torx behind the handle and 2 Phillips that hold the inside door pull
