Very informative... have you dealt with any of the real estate in the Polynesian Village?? My wife and I are interested in taking a trip down to check out that community... we are being lovers and it seems to be one of the closest manufactured communities to the gulf water, at a reasonable price.... we will be looking for a realtor.... let me know if you have any suggestions....
