Thank you so much for watching. Directly it's totally useable for asmr videos. It's stereo so it will work for ear to ear style. External mics can be attached if you want ..but not really required . Hope this helps👍

Hey friend thank you for watching. Well you can try gain at 5-6 and keep 12 inches away from you and still it will capture good vocals. Only thing is keep mono recording mode. It will also capture local sounds so area ideally should be a little silent. If you have a shotgun mic then plug that in to capture more directed sound. Also dereverb in post in software a little.Hope it helps. All the best

Hey there...well for singing vocals RODE Nt2 or Nt1 would be BEST. Just go for it. Top mics actually under 25k. If you want to record ( condenser) if stage ( dynamic) mics are best. Zoom is good for film style vocals. Hope this helps
@@art.for.thought4987 thank u abhi My use case is sing with guitar for youtube . The only reason iam stepping back with rode is more wires and recording setup. If i go for zoom Does zoom sound better for sing and simultaneously with guitar Or else i should stick with rode
@@venkata.shivanadh.guthula5288 Zoom will actually record nicely both guitars and vocals. Also you can add maybe a XLR INPUT mic for guitar only ( even cheap ones will work). But Rode will give quality vocals. So if vocals is primary then RODE in my opinion and if both together with more external upgradation ...then Zoom. ONE PROBLEM - ZOOM HAS STEREO by default so you have to change to mono to record. otherwise sound might go haywire. just something to know. i personally love zoom. its awesome and commercial quality sound.

Yes it can be used as audio interface connected to laptop or PC.
