Imo it’s much more consistent to manipulate his AI so that you can run sideways along the platform so you don’t run out of wing time. You cheesed the 2nd phase, but my strategy which I will get uploaded in a couple days worked similarly but slower with adrenaline also.
Avarege DoG fight in Infernum, it's good to use the "better respawn" that makes respawning instant if there's no boss alive. (It helps a lot on not loosing your mind lmfao)
You can dash through his body when he is being aggressive/charging into you, with the dash from providence you do not take damage when going through an enemy, also when he is floating around, you do not take contact damage, only damage from his projectiles.
So useless tactics Beating him manually is not only gives you more skill and looks cooler but also grants you infinite flight when you're true melee and coiling dog is WAY easier than recalling
