I am also a bit confused about the exact location of the highway, I was under the distinct impression that the highway extends to the hedge or ditch boundary which can be several metres on each side. Many of the ancient country roads were at least forty feet wide so that livestock drovers could stop to camp overnight without blocking the 'road'. This will explain the way most properties have a 'bell mouth' at the entrance which is built to the highways specification paid for by the property owner but owned and maintained by the highway authority. On that basis obstructing vehicles within that zone could qualify as obstructing the highway. My opinion is that the only way people could legitimately block any road or highway would be for a significant safety issue. 6:35 You have a point there DJ. How many people know the difference between indictable and summary only offence. Let alone know what it means. Most will know of a citizens arrest, or at the very least will have the opinion that it is morally right to stop or detain someone committing a crime. The constable is wrong to say that you should do your research first before making a citizen's arrest. Well he might be right in the context of the protesters, but in the context of the rest of the UK, DJ is right.

9:10 A business is a lawful business if it has registered with Companies House, and HMRC, and other government departments. The fact that people within the company have committed criminal acts doesn't stop the business being lawful unless the criminal acts are fraud against the government in the name of the business. So a business breaking H&S laws is still lawful. Yes I'm being pedantic. But that's what the constable is meaning.

28:45 Arrested for racially aggravated common assault committed on 24 April *2020* So where was the necessity of arrest under PACE if the crime occurred so long ago. Under PACE, the following would make an arrest necessary; to get a person's name and address, to prevent harm or damage or loss, to protect public decency, unlawful obstruction of the highway, to protect a child or vulnerable person, to allow the investigation of the crime to be carried without hindrance. Making an arrest so publicly so long after the crime is perverse, but it depends on all the facts which I don't have. If they knew who the guy was, and by the sounds of it, they've known the protesters for a very long time. So why now? If it's because the investigation took two years to carry out, then it wasn't a very high priority case, so again raises the question about why the arrest was necessary now.

when the police liaison turns up never talk to them they are there to give you a false sense they are there to help you
The plo's are just the best liars ... Kurt put a pensioner In handcuffs at camp beagle months prior to this ... lied many times on camera ... just did it well
6:35 You have a point there DJ.
If the police would like my details, or any further information about me, please call 101. Ask for Alan. They will soon know what public frustration is all about.
I am known/not wanted 😜

9:10 A business is a lawful business if it has registered with Companies House, and HMRC, and other government departments. The fact that people within the company have committed criminal acts doesn't stop the business being lawful unless the criminal acts are fraud against the government in the name of the business. So a business breaking H&S laws is still lawful. Yes I'm being pedantic. But that's what the constable is meaning.
These places need to be shut down end of its cruel and immoral how the staff in these places sleep at night is beyond me also do or how do they explain to there young children if they have them !!
Sure, but compared to the truckloads of livestock slaughtered everyday, this is tiny. Then of course the number of abortions that are carried out every day in the UK. Given a population that largely condones those things, it is hard to garner support for causes like this.
I wonder if they'll all be out on a freezing wet Tuesday morning in February ?
What a cracking attitude and demeanour Kurt has. To be fair all of the police seem to be really respectful. Good to see.
Check out you tube "camp beagle pollys arrest "see tbe real Kurt,,pensioner in cuffs ,,,,cozshe will run away .. they were just aware of lots of filming
16:00 The title plan might not be available online via the Land Registry, but there is an online site that shows boundaries of registered land. I've looked at the site and though it's not very accurate it does show a little indentation in a V shape in the line right where the entrance is. I've emailed you the website.
It's all bent. All made up charges from high above to remove him from future protests, ban him from whole counties while on bail and disrupt camp beagle. Animal rights activists are treated worse than nonces.
Hi DJ. I’ve subscribed to your channel after watching a couple and I think it’s great how you try to educate people. As specially security staff lol
One thing I would like to see personally on your channel is for you to work on your own. My personal view is I think it’s a bit intimidating when there’s a few of you walking around with cameras. But I think your great at it. Keep them coming my friend
Agreed 👍
Nearly all his videos are him on his own you donuts 😆🤦♂️👍
He's on his own in about 95% of his videos you daft bugger 😁
Well done to anyone willing to give up their time and risk their safety to protest against dogs being painfully killed and kept in small cages being fed toxins until they die. Your work is noble.
All cops should be like the first guy,,,a good example of how it should be done,👍
yes good policing.... talking nicely to your face while covertly stitching you up... the police are NOT your friends...
@@rcexteriorcleaningservices6908 yep,,along with super markets, fuel and energy companies, solicitors,,,,,
Suspect? No officer you got that wrong… you need to witness the crime for 24a pace. Unlawfully arresting or detaining anyone is very risky for the police and the public. Don’t let these cops think they are any higher all because they can work off suspicion and the public can’t!
They seem to think they are above us they are public servants and we are the public. their egos need sorting out treat them with contempt. it's policing by consent act's and statues need consent from us. we all need to learn a few laws and what they can and can't do. these audit videos are great. look into legal fiction/ strawman opens up you're eyes
Pls come and help us, we need more legally savvy people to advise us bcos we are being persecuted and bullied here, anything to shut us up and leave these huge vivisection laboratories alone to do their 'thing' behind high walls and razor wire 😞
Good upload again but were is the drone we miss it1😆😆
If I was arrested for racially aggravated assault, I'd be kicking off and why he got his face all covered, me thinks he know exactly what he done .
He was released without charge .. the racial assault was shouting at a labcorp worker..calling them 'murderers '. Who happened to be European. Check out you tube 'camp beagle pollys arrest 'see the real Kurt
He has replied above: Martin. See his side. I was at this demo, I was also at the demo when the supposed offence took place - its all a nonsense and its captured on video also.
Kurt (change a letter) was observing the level of disturbance the arrest would make when he said potentially he wasn’t sure if some of you would interfere he is a lying two faced Kurt (change a letter) hence the back up arrival
Defending people who torture defenseless animals. I wouldn't do that job for any amount of money. Then they put a guy in a cage. What wonderful people. Just for voicing an opinion.
Use peadophiles instead of animals
Heir Kurt is either a VERY good policeman or a very proficient bullshitter. I know what I think. What about you?

I think this was a very civil yet adversarial interaction. This copper comes cross as a stand up guy, even if misguided.
That's a liaison officer the worst kind of officer you could ever find. They take information from you and give it to the top. ⚠️😒
What else is he meant to do? He is a Police Officer, no matter the specific role. Its his duty to report what he sees, its quite bizarre that you think he should not.
Sound like you like the police good for your but over here we don't. Your comment is irrelevant bk to your 9 to 5 🐑 🤫
Can't trust none
if that woman wasnt wasnt shouting i be able too hear what kirk was saying
The woman in the background was very annoying. I wish she would shut up.
THE BIG GRAY VAN AT THE END LOOKS VERY LIKE A POLICE VIDEO VAN.....
When is the next protest at this place
Another banger bro 💯🤜🏼
Is that a camera lens in embedded in the tree trunk?? Watch from 27:36 onwards can see it reflecting as your camera moves around.
Chemtrails top left
Great vid as usual ...... Rothmanstead Park Harpenden could be an interesting one..
Trust no one
Can you trust one? I can't.
I've tried so very hard to figure out the legal meaning of "indictable" and I just can't. I don't see how I can tell which offences are indictable or not.
You should have told the woman to shut up so we can hear ALL the conversation.
Just a quick question...
Are all these protesters vegan? Does anyone know?
Even if they weren't, it's still a good thing to protest. As a vegan myself, i'm aware of the apparent hypocrisy at play.
This protest is against vivisection so even us meat eating, leather shoe wearers are welcome
what legislation covers the security being able to remove trespassers?
lock that rainbow haired woman up and throw away the key!
Probably on benefits!
@@brianball2963 she has businesses actually lol in fact, i was at this demo and i don't know anyone who is on benefits.

Top man.
Brilliant interaction.
Apart from he cuffed and arrested an old age pensioner at camp beagle..he's a snake.. and hides it well...the best ones do
He seemed a very reasonable officer and I rather liked him if I’m honest.
The filth being filthy - just goes to prove never ever trust or believe them they are not your friend no matter how friendly and slimey they are.
Kurt is worth a watching 😁👍👍👌
I was going to ask about the air con in the back of the van , because it's all made of metal , which retains heat , it would get especially hot 🔥🥵 in the van for the person in that area , plus I wanted to ask what do the do with a person who suffers from anxiety and someone who is claustrophobic , would they still put that person in such a tiny space 🤔
Woman with megaphone is getting on my bloody nerves, their in the middle of knowhere, who is actually listening to her apart from the other protesters!
Who is getting arrested ? 🤔
He was far from Kurt; probably the most approachable, honest, knowledgeable and communicative officers you’ve engaged with !
No matter if you agree with the officer or not, you have to throw respect to him for his approach and demeanor. Wouldn't it be better if some of the regular PCs had this demeanor and thought process. Repect to this PLT officer. Thank you for the way you handled yourself sir in this interaction. Cheers from 🇨🇦!
Just remember to say thank you when they are standing on your head😂😂😂
Ok maybe I should have watched until the end. To PLT Kurt and the controller that called. Shame on you. There were plenty of officer that could have been asked if the POI was there. I agree some the bridges that you were trying to build just got shot down. Lost alot of respect there!
@@madusan1 He was wanted for assault, would you expect the PL to lie to protect him?
I was there at this demo, I was also there when the supposed offence took place! Suffice to say he was questioned and released no charges. What does that tell you?! Meantime watch this, recognise any faces: ruclips.net/video/MgVvUPwss7k/видео.html

There are 2 more parts to this protest. A lot happened and the petition deadline is coming up so I thought it would be helpful to raise awareness and help obtain a debate in parliament 👍
23:45 the officer states the arrest was for "racially aggregated common assault" which was supposed to have "happened on 24th of the 4th, 2020."
He didn't say it was this year, if the incident was supposed to have happened this year and not 2020 like the officer states, then I'm not sure the arrest would be lawful...
