You can reach that psychic gym at the beginning of the game even without your mount by jumping off the cliff area just above that area down to the water and use those giant ramp pathway which leads to the town, I recommend having a runaway pokemon to make things easier when early exploring. I used the early exploration exploit to unlock all the pokestops (besides the final one) before even going to the school.
@@christopherpfluger2539 when I googled exploits I found a reddit thread where someone threw a poke ball across a gap at a group of pokemon, you get teleported to the other side when the battle starts. At which point you can just run away and are free to explore the rest of the map since quick travel is unlocked from the beginning
Whenever you have access to them, quick balls are pretty much the best to catch pokemon. If the quick ball fails, you can just run away from battle, run into the same pokemon again, and you're back to turn 1 for quick ball's condition. It effectively makes having to use a false swiper or whatever not needed.

Correction! I found this by accident, but you actually CAN get up to that Southwestern gym leader super easy and super early! (I wouldn't recommend it TOO early since the path is full of high level enemies, but it's still nice to explore and get the fast travel point for later!) Basically, you can jump off the side of the cliff heading west, and you'll fall all the way down onto a beach. No fall damage! Here, you'll find a rock path/bridge that leads all the way up to a tunnel, which leads into the town with the gym! I didn't need any progression or abilities to get there.
You can actually get to alfornada whenever you want through a detour by the west side of the map near the ocean, there’s even a sign that tells you once you arrive at the detour. This is good if you want to grind some sinistea early on in violet if you want to get ceruledge.
There are 3 paths to the psychic gym leader tulip on the mountain. 2 of them require you to complete legends tasks, 1 of them let's you go there without doing any legends stuff. Hi Just wanted to let you know that you can get to the south west area where the gym is .which u said we need to do story for. You can drop of the cliffs south/west of the map and run throug the cave before doing any gym leader or anything. I just tried this gym first and got beaten by the gymnastic girl for the Gym challenge.
"without spoiling anything", then proceeds to show two new pokemon that were not shown before release date (ex. ceruledge & armourage) within the first 3 minutes 🤣
You're wrong about that gym that you say that you don't have access to until later you can gain access to it by going down to the beach and then heading up a path that goes around and under it and then leaving the cave it brings you right out front of the place there are plenty of paths that you can take to get to other locations that were normally blocked to you so no you don't have to advance the storyline to get to certain areas you just got to look around to find another way
Also game companies send out preview copies to reviewers and allow them to show videos a certain amount of time before release. It's up to the company if, how and when.
I personally would turn off Auto-save. I had an incident where it autosaved in an area that got me stuck, and no matter how much I would restart the game, it will load me in on the glitched area that got me stuck (it was on top of the metal rafters for reference).
I got access to the bottom left early on in my play through, no idea if I completed the prerequisite task for it but if you notice the path off to the left hugging the city area, you can follow that around to get to that area
oO i dont think so. There are 2 caves there. One on the shore and that only runs under the gym area, not upto it. There is a big cave above it with an entrance but u are walled out and need climb
3:42 Not true there is a small cliff you can jump up without the super jump to reach that town although I'm not sure if it is intended as there was a decent difficulty spike when I did it

Also game companies send out preview copies to reviewers and allow them to show videos a certain amount of time before release. It's up to the company if, how and when.
I personally would turn off Auto-save.
I had an incident where it autosaved in an area that got me stuck, and no matter how much I would restart the game, it will load me in on the glitched area that got me stuck (it was on top of the metal rafters for reference).
you can fly on the minimap to get out of areas
I got access to the bottom left early on in my play through, no idea if I completed the prerequisite task for it but if you notice the path off to the left hugging the city area, you can follow that around to get to that area
Heres a video making tip: if you make a video for people to watch before playing a game; make sure the video does not contain spoilers.
you can acces the psychic gym from the very beggining by entering the cave from the shore... maybe you didn't know but it is the case
oO i dont think so. There are 2 caves there. One on the shore and that only runs under the gym area, not upto it. There is a big cave above it with an entrance but u are walled out and need climb
@@BLAINES if you go from the bottom one there is a path leading directly to the town. i did it and it works
Psychic gym was my second gym, could've been first but figured I try the easier gym first.
So for the titans, when you go back to catch them… if you kill them, do they respawn? May or may not have burned my iron treads to death…
really appreciate it, wasnt sure how the shinies were until i saw someone in a raid and from what you said
Wish I watched this like two hours ago before my game crashed and I lost like 5 hours of play time because I’m bad about manual saves
Can you please make a video explaining the whole "classes" and "exams" thing in the academy?
You don’t have to jump the river to get to area 4. There is a connecting grass bridge SE of the PC
3:42 Not true there is a small cliff you can jump up without the super jump to reach that town although I'm not sure if it is intended as there was a decent difficulty spike when I did it
3:45 that is wrong actually, I wondered through a couple caves and ended up there by accident with the 1st badge 0 titans.
So spend a few extra going to school? I want to be ready for sunday.
First shiny for me was the go goat pre evolution. Stuck out amongst it's heard of like 5
Yo the new legendary ride Pokémon are glitched, you can use them to get out of bounds. I was able to climb every mountain in the game before beating the first gym
