Hi Kara, I made this naan recipe today for my husband - big hit - he doesn't have a huge appetite so I figured he'd eat a piece. he liked it some much he ate two pieces, which is a big deal for him. Makes my heart happy as well 🙂

Thank you for all your recipes. I'm looking for a recipe for dumplings (for chicken and dumplings) and for focaccia bread. Thanks so much!

Yes! They can help make them for sure, easy to knead by hand, and fun to roll out, the more rustic shape the better! Depending on age, just watch they don't burn themselves on the skillet, but yes! Super great recipe to do with kids! I hope you love them! Thanks so much!

Could you just use some almond milk in place pf the yogurt or is the yogurt necessary in this recipe? I think ive done that once before for my dairy intolerant kiddos. But it wasnt with FMF. Would love to try this!

You can sub almond milk(with 1 tsp of vinegar added) But, it will change the texture of the naan a bit, they won't be quite as chewy. I would recommend a non dairy yogurt for best results. Let me know what you think!

Is it a possibility that u can do a video all about the different grains u use, I can get hold of most of them, but here in Sweden it seems to be difficult to find "hard Wheat" (we have nothing calls hard Wheat, if u not referring to durum wheat.... 😥) would be a great video if u could explain the difference between all grains u use... 👍
Like your Danish dough whisk 👍👍

Thank you! This video may help, I made it about many common wheat varieties in the US. I love to use Kamut(Khorasan Wheat) for pastas. it is closely related to durum wheat. 😊
