However, I have gone through the official IRCC website for CEC requirements, and it is not mentioned that we should be in Canada to qualify. can you please look into it once again?

Hi,i just check both noc code you have mentioned both of them are good but one is teer 1 job which could help you to get PNP if u would be eligible according to my knowledge i would advice u to go with 21223 noc code as its not only teer 1 job but also in STEM cat job so do 22222 as well but 21223 is teer 1 which is more better option for u to prove u are worthy enough to stay in canada All the best!
Sure don't worry try giving ielts again get the perfect score if you don't have already 7.5 writing and speaking. 9 in listening and 8 reading . You will get 2 points extra

For PR application should one provide supporting documents for entire work history or only for those years for which crs points are claimed?
