Today we mainly test on mountain roads and urban expressways.
Sunny weather, temperature 10-20 degrees Celsius, gentle breeze, no air conditioning. 3 testers. Test drive a cycle, 50kwh from fully charge to fully discharge. It finally scored 389.5kms. Everything tested OK, then we arrange the shipping overseas. Nissan Leaf battery upgrade, we are professional!

may I ask a video of the voltage changes under hevay load (heavy acceleration for many seconds) at low SOC, e.g. 20 or 30% of leafspy?
When SOC is 20% or below 20%, the vehicle voltage is about 330V-340V, and the acceleration power is definitely not as good as the fully charged state. We have not tested the specific 0-100KM/H data, but it is estimated to be 12-15 seconds. We will make this test later. Please keep following our channel.
@@VIVNEHelenMao load also at 50, 30 and 20 are good SOCs to test uniformity of cell state of health
"Waiting for a tow truck"...😂😂
When we doing the tests, yes, test in extreme conditions...
great video ! what would be the price to carry out this replacement in euros? and where to find a professional in France or a neighboring country?
Thank you. Please kindly add my WhatsAPP: + 86 18717786639 or send emails to: helen@vivnevs.com
My 3x24kwh and my 40kwh batteries don't get above 50mv at a low state of charge,is the reason your one is at 244mv is because of lfp chemistry?
For the low state of charge you refers to, what is the cell voltage when the battery power is low? We used the original 24kwh and 38kwh battery packs for testing. When the cell voltage is lower than 3.2v, the voltage difference will also increase to more than 200mv or more than 300mv.
It is normal for the voltage difference to be large when the battery power is low. This is caused by chemical reactions inside the cell and changes in electrode materials. When the battery power is reduced, the rate of the chemical reaction will slow down and become uneven, resulting in an increase in the voltage difference.
When the power is sufficient, the flow of positive and negative ions inside the battery will be relatively uniform, and the voltage difference will be relatively small. And we use NCM, not LFP.
That battery looks pretty bad at 244mv at the end of the test, that doesn't give me confidence
It is normal for the voltage difference to be large when the battery pack is discharged to the end. Same for the original batteries.
Hi how much including delivery to the UK for the 50kwh pack and will it fit in the old 24kwh box
@@dama054 Hi, please add my WhatsApp:+86 18717786639 or send emails to me: helen@vivnevs.com Yes, it fits in the old 24kwh box and with no modification to it.
@@VIVNEHelenMao I agree, this is completely normal when voltage is below 3.2 due to steep voltage cure of any lithium battery
@@dama054 about £6k..
I live in a tropical country. What about thermal management?
We also have customers from countries with hot weather all year round. We replace the original soft battery pack with big CATL cell, which generate less heat and bear a much smaller C rate. So the temperature raise even in quick charge is fine. You can add my WhatsAPP: +86 18717786639 or send emails to: helen@vivnevs.com
