Say what you want about people flushing wipes down the toilet, fat down the kitchen drains and sanitary towels wherever it fits. But it gives us content and these guys make a living

I like the pride you take in your work, the fine service you give to your customers with the unblocking and the cleanup. I am also impressed with the care that you give your van and equipment, and that you disinfect all of it. I wish I had a big bottle of that Lemony Fresh Disinfectant to use at home in my toilets and in the "cat box"!

Totally different than US sewer systems, probably due to when they were first made. US has pipes all inside and no open sewers. I guess this creates lots of repeat customers. It must be a tough job in the winter.

Think the customer needs to take more pride in cleaning up outside around the side and back of his property as it’s a bloody mess, no wonder you get called out to sort it out for them.
Why don’t you invest in the none slip flooring for your vans as it would make it easier for you to wash the inside out rather than the white floor that shows the muck and dirt. You could probably afford it from the call outs that you keep getting from this care home ?

you ever thought of keeping a wet vacuum on the van, would have made that first job a less of a hands on affair, just throw the hose down and suck all the plastic bags out.
I know you use Tough gloves, but aren't you afraid to stick your hands down in those gullies in case there is something in there to get cut by. I always shutter when you guys do that. 😊
I would suggest not soaking down the inside of your van like that with wood and insulation in behind the panels you probably got some major mold going on if you've been doing it for a long period of time the only way I would hold down the inside of my van as if I was metal all the way around and no wood or insulation
The rooted in manhole seems to be a case of it looked good when the path/patio and whatever was done but someone thought low maintenance means no maintenance and hasn't done a thing since it was completed. The care home mentality is all wrong . There's a difference between buying cheap stuff (unblocks) and buying stuff cheap (repairs). The repeated unblocks have cost them a lot more than a repair already, heck they could probably have replaced half the system for what they've spent by now.
Do you guys get recognized and have people ask for autographs often?! I love you guys too but what would she do with your autograph? Put it in a scrapbook so one day she can show her grandkids that she got the signature of a drain unblocker?! Please, no offense guys and no offense to her as well. I'm just flabbergasted she asked for autographs 😅😅😅

You guys should put FRP in the vans its waterproof paneling you can clean. Unlike wood that gets moldy

Have you considered painting the floors of the Van's with boot liner paint. Stuffs bullet proof.
