    I’ve read mission economy the book is so thought provoking, I’d say a very good read!!

    Thank you for sharing. Love her take.
    I run a small engineering consultancy and we advise our clients similarly. If something is their core competency they should hire and become world class in it. Don't outsource your core competency.
    I never thought of turning that perspective on the public sector but it makes so much sense. Does anyone have example contracts or terms that NASA (or other organizations) used to ensure win-win outcomes?

    Between 2021, when this was recorded, and 2024 Sachs position on the Covid pandemic seems to have evolved, so put it mildly.
