If you are a current developer, or budding apprentice, plan on doing a deep dive in CS topics to stay relevant in the future. By all means, get started now as a dev, then add all the nerdy stuff later. Future systems will require a deeper level of understanding at a lower level of abstraction.
It is still pretty daunting with all of the buzz in the air. I'm going to give it my best go regardless. I just hope my effort doesn't fall flat in the end!
370k jobs is nothing. There are almost 80k graduates every year. I know you are trying to be positive and all, but even with just a bit of forethought, you can see where the industry is headed.
But we all need to do something for a living. Software development is in high demand and pays really well. Also, that's 370k additional dev roles. There is a shortage today. I probably can't convince you, but if I have the aptitude and the desire you should look into it.
I like how your channel is so pragmatic.
thanks for your efforts to provide real content although not a lot of people like hear this kind of talk.
We want people to get jobs in this space. So we offer real advice. Thanks!
Love this. Keep up the good work!
Thanks
