He considered being a preacher - perhaps that's what he thought the prophecy was referring to - but being an actor actually allows him to reach more people. I haven't watched his movies but I saw a little bit of The Equalizer just a few days ago - not the whole movie, just a bit and I wasn't really paying attention - and my father pointed out that the dude has presence. He seems like he would be a fascinating person to talk to.
