I think there is no "The best" category because it depends on your expectation and your money's volume. Have you seen the Steigenberger Ras Soma, maybe Oberoi Sahl Hasheesh Resort? I am sure that you should use the big hotel ratings webpages because, on these websites, a lot of people write comments and give ratings to hotels.
