I have been doing keto for some time mow. Two observations on this video. 1. There is no room for snacks on keto diet. Because objective of doing keto diet is to restore insulin sensitivity. Snacking kills this objective. 2. Calories are irrelevant on keto diet. Anyone following keto diet should eat till they are satisfied. Satisfaction/satiety mean that one eats till they are OK to stop eating without stuffing themselves they to their throat. Calories is a notional concept and not an objective one. See the tutorials on RUclips to understand how Calories are calculated. There are many videos available on this topic.
Check out dr. Eric berg videos. He has put out a list. On good keto diet you need 20-40% fat per meal. 20 if you are just starting and 40 for large person.
I am doing carnivore diet and feel much better without carbs and fibers. I disagree with having so many ingredients to feel satiety. I usually have 1 to 3 ingredients at a time including meat/eggs, salt and desi ghee

milk ko phar k uska liquid part le kar k usko sukha lete hein. wohi whey protein hota hai. Solid parts ko casein protein kehte hein. baaqi flavoring add hoti hein milk mein.
Your videos are very informative. But In my opinion only dieticians can manage and calculate the all calories, carbs, proteins, vitamins. Normal people can not do it even they don't no how they can manage. Form your videos or other videos we can get only information which is available at that moment.
Fahad Sheikh brother. It's really easy to calculate each & everything. Just download the calculators like fat secret app and many others. And if you don't know how much calories & which vitamins you should consume you can consult a dietitian before following any plan
