Im doing the same thing but i dont do the push up with the burpee just out and back in with the legs.... i do 100 push ups seperate.... its definately not enough tho if you really want to see results... gotta combine it with weight training and some cardio.. theres a great pre workout i just tried recently and its one of the best ones ive ever tried... doesnt get you all tingky and feeling weird.. its called LFG Burn by Bucked Up.. definately give it a try if your trying to get a way better workout in... great for cardio too
